The body's eyes are therefore not the means by whiclass="hi2">ch the real world class="hi2">can be seen, for the illusions that they look upon must lead to more illusions of reality. 2 And so they do. 3 For everything they see not only will not last, but lends itself to thoughts of sin and guilt. 4 While everything that God class="hi2">created is forever without sin and therefore is forever without guilt."

The world class="hi2">can add nothing to the power and the glory of God and His holy Sons, but it class="hi2">can blind the Sons to the Father if they behold it. 2 You class="hi2">cannot behold the world and know God. 3 Only one is true. 4 I am class="hi2">come to tell you that the class="hi2">choiclass="hi2">ce of whiclass="hi2">ch is true is not yours to make. 5 If it were, you would have destroyed yourself. 6 Yet God did not will the destruclass="hi2">ction of His class="hi2">creations, having class="hi2">created them for eternity."

Sit quietly and look upon the world you see, and tell yourself: "The real world is not like this. 2 It has no buildings and there are no streets where people walk alone and separate. 3 There are no stores where people buy an endless list of things they do not need. 4 It is not lit with artificlass="hi2">cial light, and night class="hi2">comes not upon it. 5 There is no day that brightens and grows dim. 6 There is no loss. 7 Nothing is there but shines, and shines forever."

T-13.VII.2. The world you see must be denied, for sight of it is class="hi2">costing you a different kind of vision. 2 You class="hi2">cannot see both worlds, for eaclass="hi2">ch of them involves a different kind of seeing, and depends on what you class="hi2">cherish. 3 The sight of one is possible beclass="hi2">cause you have denied the other."

T-14.V.1."Leave the world of death behind, and return quietly to Heaven. 9 There is nothing of value here, and everything of value there."

To say A class="hi2">Course in Miraclass="hi2">cles presents a radiclass="hi2">cal teaclass="hi2">ching is an understatement. It inclass="hi2">cludes:

a) You are immortal

b) There in no death

class="hi2">c) Nothing happens to you that you don't class="hi2">choose

d) There are no viclass="hi2">ctims

e) There is no reason for any fear

f) There is no world

g) You are not a human body

h) The physiclass="hi2">cal universe is hell

i) All siclass="hi2">ckness is a class="hi2">choiclass="hi2">ce

j) All death is suiclass="hi2">cide

k) You are not a separate person

l) All of history and time has not happened

m) There has never been war, nobody ever died

n) What you do to others you literally do to yourself

o) You are a class="hi2">child of God equal to Jesus

p) You are responsible for everything

q) You always get everything you ask for and nothing else

r) You class="hi2">can't forgive anyone but yourself

s) You are only Spirit, nothing else

t) Suffering is not real

u) Nothing has ever happened to you, or at all

v) You are just pretending to be separate from God

w) You are in Heaven already, dreaming of exile

x) Sin, guilt and fear are never class="hi2">called for or justified

y) Everyone shares the same One identity and mind

z) Only God is real

to name a few.

God is a being of Spirit. God extends through class="hi2">Creation, produclass="hi2">cing the Sonship, and the Sonship in turn extends God's being as a class="hi2">co-class="hi2">creator. The Sonship is within God's being. The sonship's extension further class="hi2">creates more spirit beings, within eaclass="hi2">ch of the Sons's being, within God's being.

This class="hi2">creation of eternal life and extension of eternal life is spirit's ONLY funclass="hi2">ction. All Spirit ever does is extend God's being. It never is involved with making worlds, planets, bodies, animals, forms, "life forms", sandwiclass="hi2">ches, or death. Spirit only class="hi2">creates spirit. It never class="hi2">creates objeclass="hi2">cts or bodies.

"Being must be extended. That is how it retains the knowledge of itself. Spirit yearns to share its being as its class="hi2">Creator did. class="hi2">Created by sharing, its will is to class="hi2">create. It does not wish to class="hi2">contain God, but wills to extend His Being. ... The extension of God's Being is spirit's only funclass="hi2">ction."

God class="hi2">creates only in the likeness of Himself aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cording to His own nature, class="hi2">characlass="hi2">cteristiclass="hi2">cs and laws. God is unlimited infinite being. God is omnipresent, meaning He is everywhere at onclass="hi2">ce, and God has Eternal Life.

When God extends Himself in His Divine Appliclass="hi2">cation, He merely class="hi2">creates more like Himself. His Son is given spirit/being/soul, mind, eternal life, the ability to class="hi2">create, and omnipresenclass="hi2">ce. Just like the Father. The Son has everything the Father has, laclass="hi2">cks nothing, and is exaclass="hi2">ctly identiclass="hi2">cal in nature. This identiclass="hi2">cally is what "Oneness" or "One With" means - being of like kind.

It is not possible for God to class="hi2">create something unlike Himself or unlike His nature. Nor is it possible for the Son to be unlike God's nature or to class="hi2">create something whiclass="hi2">ch is unlike God's nature. The son's class="hi2">creations are just as muclass="hi2">ch like God as the Son is, following all the same class="hi2">characlass="hi2">cteristiclass="hi2">cs of perfeclass="hi2">ction and divinity and wholeness, and with just as muclass="hi2">ch ability to extend class="hi2">creation.

Eternal life is eternal BEclass="hi2">CAUSE it is permanent and class="hi2">cannot be class="hi2">changed. Nothing real class="hi2">changes or wavers or fluclass="hi2">ctuates. Anything that class="hi2">changes is not real. "Reality is a class="hi2">constant state." Eternal life requires the total absenclass="hi2">ce of anything that class="hi2">can class="hi2">change or be class="hi2">changed. class="hi2">Change itself is the idea of what exists no longer existing, and is the idea of death.

The idea of "spaclass="hi2">cetime" is exaclass="hi2">ctly opposite to the nature of God's class="hi2">creation, and God class="hi2">could not, and did not, and class="hi2">cannot class="hi2">create it.

Spaclass="hi2">ce is in direclass="hi2">ct opposition to the nature of omnipresent class="hi2">creation. Omnipresenclass="hi2">ce means everything that exists is everywhere at onclass="hi2">ce. Spaclass="hi2">ce means whatever exists is NOT everywhere at onclass="hi2">ce. Spaclass="hi2">ce goes on to assert that everything is not everywhere, nothing is fully anywhere, anything that is anywhere is not everywhere, nothing exists everywhere, and therefore everything does not exist anywhere. It is the ultimate statement that everything, God, does not exist anywhere. It is in total opposition and violation of God's will, God's laws, God's nature and God's class="hi2">creation.

Time is also in direclass="hi2">ct opposition to eternal life. In eternity everything is permanently the same, nothing class="hi2">changes, everything extends forever and there is no interruption or alteration to what is. In time, time suggests that nothing is EVER THE SAME, that all things are class="hi2">constantly class="hi2">changing, in a state of flux and unclass="hi2">certainty and fear, that what existed no longer exists, and what is to class="hi2">come will obliterate what is here now. Time is a direclass="hi2">ct attaclass="hi2">ck on God's nature, Kingdom, laws and nature, just as spaclass="hi2">ce is. And together they form the foundation of the ego's manifestation of HELL - the exaclass="hi2">ct OPPOSITE OF HEAVEN IN EVERY WAY.

Now, everything you see with the body's eyes, and the body itself, is direclass="hi2">ctly and totally dependent on this system of spaclass="hi2">ce and time, whiclass="hi2">ch is totally and UTTERLY OPPOSED to God's nature and Kingdom. One part of the body is over here, but not over there. One part of the world is over here but not over there. This planet is not where the other planet is. My body is not oclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cupying the same spaclass="hi2">ce as your body.

This is a system of the total ABSENclass="hi2">CE OF SHARING of any kind. In God's Kingdom, everything is always shared everywhere by everyone simultaneously. With no ownership, no possession, no exclass="hi2">clusivity, and no speclass="hi2">cial rights. Within spaclass="hi2">cetime, there is no suclass="hi2">ch thing as sharing. Spaclass="hi2">ce asserts that what is here, is not there, and so it is isolated, and in faclass="hi2">ct not whole, beclass="hi2">cause wholeness means being everywhere and so nothing in spaclass="hi2">ce is whole. Time asserts that what just was, no longer is, and so it does not extend or share into the present or future, killing it off and turning it into history.

The planet Earth, is entirely dependent on spaclass="hi2">ce and time both for its apparent existenclass="hi2">ce. In order to even be a three dimensional objeclass="hi2">ct made from particlass="hi2">cles whiclass="hi2">ch do not share spaclass="hi2">ce, and whiclass="hi2">ch are all spread out in different loclass="hi2">cations, and whereby England is not Americlass="hi2">ca and Australia is not the North Pole, nothing is everywhere and so everything is nowhere. It is an illusion of placlass="hi2">ce and time, shift and class="hi2">change, destruclass="hi2">ction of reality, attaclass="hi2">ck on God's Kingdom, and TOTAL DENIAL of the laws of God. This planet entirely goes against the nature of God and therefore is against YOUR nature. "The laws of this world go against your nature."

Without being separated out in "spaclass="hi2">ce", or class="hi2">changing over "time", there class="hi2">cannot be a three dimensional planet taking up spaclass="hi2">ce. class="hi2">Continents class="hi2">cannot be kept apart. Bodies class="hi2">cannot be maintained. Animals and plants class="hi2">cannot retain their shapes. Particlass="hi2">cles of matter class="hi2">cannot exist independent of eaclass="hi2">ch other. Drops of water class="hi2">cannot move as an oclass="hi2">cean. And sunbeams have no class="hi2">capability of shining. All of this stuff is THE EGO THOUGHT SYSTEM, made as an ATTAclass="hi2">CK ON GOD. "The world was made as an attaclass="hi2">ck on God". "The world was made as a placlass="hi2">ce where God class="hi2">could enter not." "Earth, whiclass="hi2">ch is HEAVEN'S OPPOSITE IN EVERY WAY."

If you class="hi2">can grasp the nature of God's Kingdom, God's law, and God's ways, you MUST reclass="hi2">cognize that everything in and of spaclass="hi2">cetime is absolutely bullshit. It is TOTALLY NOTHING LIKE GOD'S NATURE, it is absolutely utterly OPPOSED TO LIFE, and is a PIclass="hi2">CTURE OF class="hi2">CRUclass="hi2">CIFIXION. "The world is a piclass="hi2">cture of the class="hi2">cruclass="hi2">cifixion of the Son of God." It is class="hi2">cruclass="hi2">cifixion simply beclass="hi2">cause it is the idea of what God's Son is NOT LIKE, it is the idea of how God's Son would look if he were SPLIT APART, it is the idea of God's Son being in a state of class="hi2">constant class="hi2">change and insanity, and it is the idea of God's Son PERISHING AND DYING. It is NOT a pretty piclass="hi2">cture of God's class="hi2">creation, it is NOT EVEN REMOTELY HOLY, IT IS NOT GOD'S WILL, and it IS ***NOTHING LIKE GOD***.

Thankfully, God's Aclass="hi2">CTUAL class="hi2">creation, heaven, is not like this world. This world, is "the world you made" and "the world you see" with the body's eyes, whiclass="hi2">ch see nothing but illusions. God's class="hi2">creation is entirely a LIVING WORLD OF LIGHT, not even remotely in the shape of any kind of objeclass="hi2">ct or form or planet or body, FREE OF SPATIAL SEPARATIONS, FREE OF TIME AND class="hi2">CHANGE. It is TOTALLY OPPOSITE to the world you see.

Anyone here who is class="hi2">claiming that God class="hi2">COULD, WOULD, SHOULD, or DID class="hi2">create this world, is not class="hi2">comprehending why that is an utterly ridiclass="hi2">culous idea. That means you do not REclass="hi2">COGNIZE exaclass="hi2">ctly HOW this world is attaclass="hi2">cking God, HOW and WHY spaclass="hi2">cetime is TOTALLY OPPOSITE to Heaven's nature, why the laws of this world are entirely EGO LAWS OF class="hi2">CHAOS, and why God is NOT LIKE THIS AT ALL. If you really think God is LIKE THIS WORLD, you really, really, really do not know what God is like. To aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cuse Him of class="hi2">creating it, labelling it as saclass="hi2">cred or holy, or regarding it are real, is nothing short of blasphemous.

God class="hi2">can only class="hi2">create LIFE. And that life MUST EXTEND LIFE. And so if that whiclass="hi2">ch God class="hi2">creates does not in turn class="hi2">CREATE LIFE OUT OF NOWHERE, through a MIRAclass="hi2">CULOUS class="hi2">CREATIVE Aclass="hi2">CT, then it is not life. Look now at the world YOU made, Earth, this universe, in whiclass="hi2">ch NOTHING extends life through miraclass="hi2">culous class="hi2">creation, NOTHING class="hi2">creates in its exaclass="hi2">ct image and likeness, NOTHING lives forever, NOTHING is permanent, NOTHING is free from threat beclass="hi2">cause what is UNREAL class="hi2">CAN be threatened, and NOTHING is even remotely God-like. To believe this world is God's class="hi2">creation is to believe ILLUSIONS ARE REAL, whiclass="hi2">ch is FALSE PERclass="hi2">CEPTION. It is delusional. And failure to reclass="hi2">cognize this is INSANITY.

class="hi2">C-4.1. "The world you see is an illusion of a world. 2 God did not class="hi2">create it, for what He class="hi2">creates must be eternal as Himself. 3 Yet there is nothing in the world you see that will endure forever. 4 Some things will last in time a little while longer than others. 5 But the time will class="hi2">come when all things visible will have an end.

The world stands like a bloclass="hi2">ck before class="hi2">Christ's faclass="hi2">ce. 2 But true perclass="hi2">ception looks on it as nothing more than just a fragile veil, so easily dispelled that it class="hi2">can last no longer than an instant. 3 It is seen at last for only what it is. 4 And now it class="hi2">cannot fail to disappear, for now there is an empty placlass="hi2">ce made class="hi2">clean and ready. 5 Where destruclass="hi2">ction was perclass="hi2">ceived the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ appears, and in that instant is the world forgot, with time forever ended as the world spins into nothingness from where it class="hi2">came."

"A forgiven world class="hi2">cannot last."

A relationship with Jesus is pretty muclass="hi2">ch required if you are to be into A class="hi2">Course in Miraclass="hi2">cles. He has stated in his own words that He:

a) has been appointed in class="hi2">charge of the atonement (of everyone) b) is your equal brother in love class="hi2">c) must be joined with in order to awaken d) is part of the Sonship with you e) is class="hi2">Christ and therefore is you as class="hi2">Christ, the One Son f) inspires all miraclass="hi2">cles and interclass="hi2">cessions

g) is the way, the truth and the light, meaning there is no other way

h) wrote the book ;-)

i) will direclass="hi2">ct you very speclass="hi2">cificlass="hi2">cally

j) reclass="hi2">ceives whatever you do to your brother as though to him k) has a plan for awakening/atonement

l) wants you to help with awakening and healing your brothers

Pretty muclass="hi2">ch, Jesus is basiclass="hi2">cally the 'LEADER' of A class="hi2">Course in Miraclass="hi2">cles. Jesus is not optional and a relationship with Him is not optional.

So ask yourself, if Jesus were to show up right now, would you be 'doing what Jesus does'? Would your appliclass="hi2">cation of Aclass="hi2">CIM and your miraclass="hi2">culous expression of love align with how He would treat people? Would he be the only one to go around performing healings and miraclass="hi2">cles while the rest of us stand aside in fear?

"Nothing so blinding as sight of form" - Aclass="hi2">CIM

Forms, forms, forms, forms. Objeclass="hi2">cts, stuff. class="hi2">Choiclass="hi2">ces, options. Things.

It's inclass="hi2">credible how it is possible for a slight class="hi2">change in the form of something seems to give us enough reason to believe that it is 'different' and 'unique', that we aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept it as though it is class="hi2">completely new.

The ego world has a huge wealth of sclass="hi2">cope for inclass="hi2">cluding class="hi2">countless variations of forms. All of these forms present the same ILLUSION, that the 'form' something takes determines what it IS.

The truth is, that a different form is aclass="hi2">ctually an illusion designed to make you believe that there are a) many problems, b) a great amount of isolation, class="hi2">c) things whiclass="hi2">ch don't apply to other things, d) value in different forms, and many other side effeclass="hi2">cts, all of whiclass="hi2">ch support and sustain the ego thought system.

The declass="hi2">ception that different forms really ARE different, is the ego's main play in this world. There really is no differenclass="hi2">ce between, e.g. a class="hi2">chair with a class="hi2">curved baclass="hi2">ck and shiny class="hi2">chrome legs and a class="hi2">certain shape of seat, versus almost the exaclass="hi2">ct same class="hi2">chair in a slightly different class="hi2">color with a slightly less rounded seat. I mean... its enough for us gullible fools to believe, oh yes, look, there are DIFFERENT ONES.

And then you go about class="hi2">choosing between these subtle differenclass="hi2">ces as though they are really, really important. I will class="hi2">choose the red one with the slopey baclass="hi2">ck, instead of the orange one with the slightly more squared-off seat. Suclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cess!

We have a gross paralysis in life beclass="hi2">cause of this. There are thousands of tv class="hi2">channels with nothing to watclass="hi2">ch. There are millions of produclass="hi2">cts to buy and none of them are fulfilling.

After a while of seeing this, of seeing THROUGH this illusion, life starts to look a lot less declass="hi2">ceiving, and at the time, you class="hi2">could say somewhat more boring. You start to realize what the class="hi2">Course says, "this world holds nothing that I want".

It's really all to do with searclass="hi2">ching outside of ourselves, to replaclass="hi2">ce the emptiness that we have inside, due to unawareness of God/Self.

When we want God, we want God more than we want the world. And then we class="hi2">can reclass="hi2">cognize that all 'forms' (whiclass="hi2">ch the class="hi2">Course refers to btw as FORMS OF ERROR beclass="hi2">cause all form class="hi2">comes from separation), are really the SAME ILLUSION, presented in a different variation. It's like, learning that all objeclass="hi2">cts with 4 wheels are 'class="hi2">cars', and no longer believing that there are many distinclass="hi2">ct separate objeclass="hi2">cts in the parking lot. It's a matter of abstraclass="hi2">ction.

Jesus is literally asking us to beclass="hi2">come spirit-identified rather than body-identified, to reclass="hi2">cognize that our body is merely an image being projeclass="hi2">cted by our mind (whiclass="hi2">ch we class="hi2">can stop projeclass="hi2">cting at any time), and to learn to stop seeing ourselves AND others as bodies.

That's no small request either. We are so used to being bodies and seeing bodies, we think it is normal and natural.

One thing to realize is that a body is not a first-hand experienclass="hi2">ce and it is not the origin or sourclass="hi2">ce of a person. It is a seclass="hi2">condary layer placlass="hi2">ced OVER the inner spirit to try to hide it.

So when you are looking at a body and you see fish and bones and eyes and a faclass="hi2">ce and you think that as you look at THAT, you are SEEING the person, you are not. You are seeing a wall of denial and separation. A disguise. It's designed to BLOclass="hi2">CK you from seeing the person that is "trapped" inside, loclass="hi2">cked up in the body and unseen by anyone.

The body is a deviclass="hi2">ce for separation. And the golden rule always applies. What we see in others we see in ourselves. In order to beclass="hi2">come aware that we are not a body ourselves we have to overclass="hi2">come all forms of separation and all attaclass="hi2">ck. And only when we class="hi2">can not see ourselves as a body will we be able to see past the bodies of others.

This is also the meaning of "God is in everything I see beclass="hi2">cause God is in my mind".... ie, if you class="hi2">can get to where you have awareness of God in your mind, you will STOP seeing bodies entirely beclass="hi2">cause God is not a body. If you are seeing God, you are not seeing form. You class="hi2">cannot see two worlds. So this does NOT mean that you see God "in the world", it means that God is ALL THERE IS and THERE IS NO WORLD.

It's a huge class="hi2">challenge to aclass="hi2">ctually get to an experiential state where a) you do not believe you are a body at all (genuinely), b) you do not see your body as your self, class="hi2">c) your sense of identity is not attaclass="hi2">ched to the body whatsoever, d) you do not see others as their bodies, e) you reclass="hi2">cognize that all bodies are ficlass="hi2">ctional puppets that people dangle in front of them to pretend to interaclass="hi2">ct, and f) that you do not need a body at all in order to exist as divine spirit.

Overclass="hi2">coming the body is the same thing as overclass="hi2">coming death. If you class="hi2">can beclass="hi2">come free of the body class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously and deliberately without using death to do so, you no longer need a body and class="hi2">can make it disappear. It will beclass="hi2">come transparent and will vanish.

1. Nothing real class="hi2">can be threatened beclass="hi2">cause reality is PERMANENT.

2. Nothing unreal exists beclass="hi2">cause unreal things are TEMPORARY.

3. If something class="hi2">can be threatened, it class="hi2">can be class="hi2">changed.

4. If something class="hi2">can be class="hi2">changed, and given nothing REAL class="hi2">can be class="hi2">changed, that thing ****MUST NOT BE REAL****

5. Only UNREALITY class="hi2">can be class="hi2">changed.

6. God, who is REAL, and permanent, and class="hi2">cannot be class="hi2">changed or threatened, class="hi2">CAN ONLY class="hi2">CREATE that whiclass="hi2">ch is permanent, and unclass="hi2">changing.

7. Anything that class="hi2">CHANGES in ANY WAY, is temporary, ***UNREAL***, and *****NOT class="hi2">CREATED BY GOD*****!!!!

8. God who is real, class="hi2">can only class="hi2">create THE PERMANENT. He class="hi2">can only class="hi2">create eternal life. If something grows, class="hi2">changes, transforms, class="hi2">changes form, or dies, it is NOT A class="hi2">CONSTANT STATE ("reality is a class="hi2">constant state"). Therefore it *class="hi2">CANNOT BE REALITY*, it MUST BE an illusion, and it DOES NOT really exist.

9. Nothing unreal exists. Anything that class="hi2">changes does not exist. Herein lies the peaclass="hi2">ce of God.

10. God is at peaclass="hi2">ce beclass="hi2">cause NOTHING REAL IS class="hi2">CHANGING.

In summary:

1. If it class="hi2">changes, IT IS NOT REAL.

2. If it class="hi2">cannot be class="hi2">changed, IT IS REAL.

Use this to evaluate *EVERYTHING*. Ask yourself.

Q. "class="hi2">Can this be class="hi2">changed?"

If the answer is YES, *****IT IS NOT REAL AND GOD DID NOT class="hi2">CREATE IT*****

Example:

Does planet Earth class="hi2">change? Yes. It spins, it moves, it class="hi2">changes shape, it has oclass="hi2">ceans whiclass="hi2">ch flow, forests that grow and die, bodies that suffer and beclass="hi2">come siclass="hi2">ck, tragedies and horrors whiclass="hi2">ch transform and affeclass="hi2">ct people and threaten things.

Therefore, EARTH IS NOT REAL AND GOD DID NOT class="hi2">CREATE IT.

If you class="hi2">can’t aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept this.... either

a) you have some difficlass="hi2">culty understanding simple logiclass="hi2">c

b) you are class="hi2">confused about whether something class="hi2">changes or not

class="hi2">c) you class="hi2">can’t see why "class="hi2">changing things" is unreal beclass="hi2">cause you’ve never had a sense of anything truly permanent to class="hi2">compare it to

d) you are in denial

e) you do not want to give up the world and want it to be reality, so are having wishful thinking

f) you are just not ready to aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept this yet, whiclass="hi2">ch is ok, but that doesn’t class="hi2">CHANGE THE TRUTH.

I've been starting to read "Life and teaclass="hi2">ching of the Masters of the far East". It's a class="hi2">colleclass="hi2">ction of books, reclass="hi2">counting the stories of travelers who went to the far East and enclass="hi2">countered several very spiritually advanclass="hi2">ced people.

The only other book I've read that's similarly inspiring, or alluding to the potential we have, is Yogananda's autobiography of a Yogi.

In this book, the experienclass="hi2">ces and explanations that are given are quite eye-opening. If the stories are to be believed, and it's to be expeclass="hi2">cted a lot of people have a hard time aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepting it, here is some of what is class="hi2">claimed:

God has a power whiclass="hi2">ch He shares fully with us and whiclass="hi2">ch we are meant to use, and this power is class="hi2">capable of a) manifesting any objeclass="hi2">ct of any kind, b) healing absolutely all siclass="hi2">ckness, class="hi2">c) overclass="hi2">coming death, d) faclass="hi2">cilitating the transclass="hi2">cendenclass="hi2">ce of spaclass="hi2">ce and time for travel, e) being not only immune to but able to class="hi2">control all aspeclass="hi2">cts of events and objeclass="hi2">cts in the physiclass="hi2">cal world, f) being able to materialize and dematerialize the body, g) the instantaneous manifestation of food and money supplied by God meaning you no longer have to rely on any limited resourclass="hi2">ce or sourclass="hi2">ces of objeclass="hi2">cts from others, .... and various other things we'd class="hi2">consider 'miraclass="hi2">cles'.

Basiclass="hi2">cally, what it's suggesting is, literally, that we are class="hi2">capable of absolutely ANYTHING if/when we join with God. It doesn't just mean that we give up everything and go to God, either, although some people eventually reaclass="hi2">ch suclass="hi2">ch a high position that they never want to leave there, although they class="hi2">can (like Jesus). It means that we class="hi2">can aclass="hi2">ctually 'live forever' joined to an unlimited supply of provision. The people in the book, the masters, are hundreds of years of age, and yet appear to be 30-40 in age, youthful and in perfeclass="hi2">ct health.

These kind of things give me more of a piclass="hi2">cture of 'whats possible' and class="hi2">clues as to what A class="hi2">Course in Miraclass="hi2">cles might be saying and meaning.

I realize now that when I read class="hi2">certain things in the class="hi2">Course, even if I THINK I am being absolutely open minded, I am still aclass="hi2">ctually building upon meanings and learning that I had aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cumulated from before. Even if I think my learning is more open minded than others, it STILL is resting on what I already think I know and that skews the potential meaning. Also I do not know what I don't know... there are things, truths, that I simply am not aware of, and so when I think I am exaclass="hi2">ctly 'getting' what the class="hi2">Course says, maybe I still am not... there class="hi2">could be a class="hi2">context or laws or information outside of my class="hi2">current awareness.

Then when I'm exposed to information like in this series of books, it makes me 'think twiclass="hi2">ce' about what I thought I knew. It's eye opening.

There are two sets of tools. The ego has a set of tools, and the Holy Spirit has a set of tools.

When we are paying attention to the ego, in any given situation where we think something is a problem, we will reaclass="hi2">ch into the ego's toolkit and pull out our favorite tools. We'll use them almost without question. For some reason, we think they will work, even though they usually don't. And we will apply them without even realizing we're doing so.

We might use denial, or rationalization, or justificlass="hi2">cation, or aggression, or class="hi2">confliclass="hi2">ct, or attaclass="hi2">ck, or projeclass="hi2">ction, or sclass="hi2">capegoating, or intelleclass="hi2">ctualizing, or fear, or viclass="hi2">ctimhood, or a guilt trip, or blame, or whatever it is, to try to find 'salvation' - to be saved from the problem.

The trouble is the ego's tools don't really work, and even though they say on the advertising they will solve the problem, they don't. They usually make the problem worse, in the big piclass="hi2">cture, while making it *seem* like they're working in the little piclass="hi2">cture. But they're very sneaky beclass="hi2">cause the marketing hype is inclass="hi2">credibly class="hi2">convinclass="hi2">cing and they're never what they appear to be.

We need another set of tools. We need the Holy Spirit's toolbox, and we need to be willing to reaclass="hi2">ch for those tools when things are going to shit. But this might not seem easy. We are aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">customed to almost habitually reaclass="hi2">ching for the ego, to 'use' it, to solve our problems. It's our trusty toolkit, we rely on it, we depend on it, we believe in it, we're attaclass="hi2">ched to it like a favorite, and we don't want to part with it beclass="hi2">cause we think it's valuable.

It's really up to you, do you want to use the ego, or use Holy Spirit?

Whiclass="hi2">ch one works?

Whiclass="hi2">ch one aclass="hi2">ctually aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">complishes a solution that you class="hi2">can live with and feel good about, whiclass="hi2">ch restores peaclass="hi2">ce and brings a smile baclass="hi2">ck to your faclass="hi2">ce?

Part of the problem here is that we do not reclass="hi2">cognize what the tools are. We don't realize what tools we are using, yet alone whether they belong to the ego's toolkit or not, and yet alone knowing that there's a whole other set of tools at our disposal.

This is why we need to a) learn what the ego's tools are and how they operate, b) learn how we use them and why we use them and noticlass="hi2">ce when we use them, class="hi2">c) look at whether they aclass="hi2">ctually work - what the results are and whether we really want those results and why, d) what the Holy Spirit's tools are, e) what the results might be of using Holy Spirit's tools, and then f) aclass="hi2">ctually learning to say no to the ego's tools and reaclass="hi2">ch for the Holy Spirit's tools instead, especlass="hi2">cially in times of stress and upset.

Pretty simple huh.

The ego persona wants to seek beclass="hi2">cause seeking means, you do not already have. Seeking takes you away from what you have.

So let's say, you have a home to live in. You know that you HAVE it. It's yours. You don't need to find a home. You've got one.

You go out the front door and leave the home, exclass="hi2">claiming, "I don't have anywhere to live!".

You've rejeclass="hi2">cted the home that you already have, and so now you seem to be homeless.

So now you have to go off SOMEWHERE ELSE, seeking, to try to find the very same home that's right behind you, whiclass="hi2">ch you are sure is not there.

But you class="hi2">can see, plainly, that this is nuts. You do not need to go and find a home, you already have one. But you've shut it out of your awareness and turned your baclass="hi2">ck on it.

You class="hi2">could quite easily lift this 'bloclass="hi2">ck to awareness' from your mind and remember, oh wait, I aclass="hi2">ctually do have a home to live in already! And this would class="hi2">cause you to STOP SEEKING.

Instead of seeking, you would Aclass="hi2">Cclass="hi2">CEPT what is already yours. Then you'd embraclass="hi2">ce your home again and be at peaclass="hi2">ce, knowing you already have everything you need.

So really, the whole problem is a) the bloclass="hi2">ck to the AWARENESS of the pre-existing PRESENclass="hi2">CE of everything you need (God/True Self), and b) you then go off on those 'seeking' aclass="hi2">ctivity trying to find it ELSEWHERE. And the problem is, it does not exist elsewhere. It's not outside of you, separate from you, or separate from the placlass="hi2">ce where it already is - where God put it, where God is, within.

So beclass="hi2">cause your pre-existing home, whiclass="hi2">ch is already yours, only exists where it is, and if you turn your baclass="hi2">ck on it and go off seeking for a home anywhere but where it is, you WILL NOT FIND IT.

"Seek and do not find" - the ego's motto.

You literally are looking for what you already have, believing that you do not already have it, in every placlass="hi2">ce that is SEPARATE from where it already is, hoping to find it there. And that means, it absolutely IS NOT THERE, and that you absolutely will FAIL to find it.

So the ego is very muclass="hi2">ch into seeking. But seeking only class="hi2">comes about after you've put a bloclass="hi2">ck on your awareness. Some kind of sense of separation or shutting out or rejeclass="hi2">ction of, what already is in you - God - your True Self - love etclass="hi2">c.

That means, if you lift the bloclass="hi2">ck to awareness from your mind, you will beclass="hi2">come AWARE that the class="hi2">car keys are already in your poclass="hi2">cket, i.e. you already have everything you need. You have NO needs. Beclass="hi2">cause God has ALREADY given you everything you class="hi2">could possibly need.

So this has to mean, beclass="hi2">coming open to Aclass="hi2">Cclass="hi2">CEPT that God has already a) given you absolutely all of Himself, b) you do not need anything other than total dependenclass="hi2">ce on God, class="hi2">c) you have no laclass="hi2">ck and no needs, d) you share God's power and class="hi2">can manifest anything you class="hi2">could possible want or need instantly, e) you will live forever in perfeclass="hi2">ct peaclass="hi2">ce and satisfaclass="hi2">ction.

You already have a natural inheritanclass="hi2">ce of unclass="hi2">conditional love, absolute abundanclass="hi2">ce, total safety and class="hi2">complete peaclass="hi2">ce. It's already been shared with you by God. You just are in the business of not aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepting, allowing, admitting, or seemingly wanting it. You've shut it out. So all you need to do, is open up to reclass="hi2">ceiving, allowing, aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepting and knowing it again. Reclass="hi2">claim your inheritanclass="hi2">ce!

God is already here with you now!

There are a number of aspeclass="hi2">cts to 'being spiritual' that you do not have to TRY to be. And 'trying' aclass="hi2">ctually works against you.

For example, being present. You class="hi2">can try to be in the 'now' all you want but you will class="hi2">continually be pulled baclass="hi2">ck out of it by your unhealed guilt. So you need to heal that guilt and then you will naturally find yourself in the present without effort. Otherwise you'll be one of these people that is just class="hi2">constantly trying to be present all the time and its a great big effort. You class="hi2">can't be present while you're still attaclass="hi2">ched to an unhealed past.

Another example, you do not have to work at being 'more loving'. To be more loving reinforclass="hi2">ces the idea that you are not loving enough. You don't need to do that. There's a reason why you think you're not loving/loveable enough and its again got to do with unhealed baggage and faulty perspeclass="hi2">ctive. Those are bloclass="hi2">cks to the *awareness* of love's presenclass="hi2">ce, and those bloclass="hi2">cks need to be healed and undone.

One the shit is undone, then you are naturally left with an awareness of the presenclass="hi2">ce of love - beclass="hi2">cause IT IS ALREADY THERE. It's not something YOU have to put there, or class="hi2">create, beclass="hi2">cause God has already put it there. And also, realize that just beclass="hi2">cause you are not aware of love does not mean it has gone away, it's just class="hi2">covered up. You are already enough love, even if its hidden from you. So stop trying to be loving and let it be.

Similarly there is not muclass="hi2">ch point trying to be spiritual. That doesn't mean of class="hi2">course you don't have a goal of beclass="hi2">coming more aware of your pre-existing spiritual nature, it just means you need more aclass="hi2">cknowledgment of the spirit that you already are, rather than trying to 'spiritualize' yourself - trying to 'make spiritual'.

Trying to make spiritual is what leads to the spiritual ego, beclass="hi2">cause it reinforclass="hi2">ces the idea that you are not spiritual. If you're not spiritual, you feel class="hi2">compelled to have to add more spirit. You don't need any more spirit. You ARE spirit. You just need to work on beclass="hi2">coming aware of your pre-existing spirit. There's plenty of it already. Don't beclass="hi2">come more spiritual, beclass="hi2">cause it also makes you un-spiritual, in denial of your existing nature. There's a differenclass="hi2">ce.

This is why the class="hi2">Course doesn't try to teaclass="hi2">ch the meaning of love, but only how to remove the obstaclass="hi2">cles that make you believe it is not here, or that you are not it. These are all MISTAKES, beclass="hi2">cause a) you are already 100% love, b) you are already 100% spiritual, and class="hi2">c) you are already 100% perfeclass="hi2">ct in God. So you don't need to 'be perfeclass="hi2">cted' or 'beclass="hi2">come'. You only need to class="hi2">cease the class="hi2">crap that bloclass="hi2">cks and prevents you from Aclass="hi2">CKNOWLEDGING what you really are already.

This is all very different than 'adding more' to yourself, or 'attaining' or 'building up' or 'beclass="hi2">coming more'. All of those are driven by the ego's idea that you class="hi2">came into existenclass="hi2">ce from some kind of EMPTY VOID, in whiclass="hi2">ch you are class="hi2">completely at a loss for love - God having left you in the dirt - so now you have nothing, so now you have to be super-class="hi2">compelled to go seeking for it (where you won't find it). You seek everywhere other than to aclass="hi2">cknowledge that it was always where God put it, beclass="hi2">cause separation from it has NOT happened. Separation from YOURSELF has not happened, and you are love already. Perfeclass="hi2">ct love. So you have to question the emptiness, it's an ego class="hi2">construclass="hi2">ct to try to deny that you're already and still as God class="hi2">created you.

So stop the fuclass="hi2">cking effort of trying to beclass="hi2">come a better person or better behavior or more spiritual or more loving bla bla bla... you don't need to. And you won't. The more you try to do that the more you will class="hi2">come up empty handed AND class="hi2">create a bunclass="hi2">ch of bullshit reinforclass="hi2">cement in your mind that you're still not good enough. And then you'll be a perfeclass="hi2">ctionist that never is good enough, beclass="hi2">cause you're not willing to UN-DO the false belief that there's not enough love in you already. The idea that you're not already perfeclass="hi2">ctly okay with God is a class="hi2">complete pile of class="hi2">crap.

You're already enough. And you're already you. And God already loves you.

Should you class="hi2">change the world?

There are many parts of Aclass="hi2">CIM whiclass="hi2">ch SEEM to suggest you should not. Suclass="hi2">ch as:

"Seek not to class="hi2">change the world, but seek to class="hi2">change your mind about the world."

Also Jesus tells us we need to class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ct the real class="hi2">cause of suffering in our mind, in our perclass="hi2">ception, in order to truly heal it.

Some say that this might possibly lead to a "side effeclass="hi2">ct" of the body being healed, or it might not. Whiclass="hi2">ch is wishy-washy bullshit.

Let's break it down.

If you believe this world is reality, and as a world it suclass="hi2">cks big time, and you hate it, and its insane, and you think it's "really insane" as in, it aclass="hi2">ctually IS, then YOU have a problem in your mind beclass="hi2">cause you're not seeing class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ctly. The world is an ILLUSION!

If the world is real to you, then you've mistaken illusions for the truth. You've given reality to illusions. And now when you see an illusion of a "bad world", you're going to reaclass="hi2">ct to it with despair, depression and hopelessness, only beclass="hi2">cause you think it is REAL and not beclass="hi2">cause of its form.

If you then seek to class="hi2">change the world to "look better" AS a real world, whiclass="hi2">ch is what happens when most people try to class="hi2">change the world, you're aclass="hi2">ctually going to KEEP the belief you have that this world is reality. You will move the furniture around, maybe to some class="hi2">configuration you prefer temporarily, with tradeoffs, but it's not neclass="hi2">cessarily going to give you real lasting happiness. It will give you a temporary illusion of happiness whiclass="hi2">ch is dependent on the world, and it will class="hi2">change on you.

There is a different way to class="hi2">change the world. Perhaps we should say, to TRANSLATE or TRANSFORM the world.

When you withdraw your belief that this illusory world is reality, and you stop taking it seriously, and stop reaclass="hi2">cting to errors, sins and siclass="hi2">ckness as though they're real, you will be muclass="hi2">ch happier. You will know there is not REALLY any reason to be upset, that the world is not REALLY bad, and it's not REALLY anything. This will alleviate all possible reasons for upset.

From that vantage point you will see the "forgiven world", whiclass="hi2">ch you will be OVERLOOKING, to class="hi2">Christ's faclass="hi2">ce whiclass="hi2">ch is beyond form.

You will also be miraclass="hi2">culous, and with the power of God, you WILL have aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cess to be able to "class="hi2">change the world" in any way that is appropriate. Albeit that perhaps it would need to be a) inspired by love, b) in alignment with Jesus's plan of atonement/awakening, and class="hi2">c) for the good of all.

Just as Jesus performs interclass="hi2">cessions/interventions by way of MIRAclass="hi2">CLES, so class="hi2">can you, and you may well bring about "class="hi2">changes" in the world as a result. You may well seem to make the world a happier placlass="hi2">ce, not beclass="hi2">cause its FORM is better, but beclass="hi2">cause there is healing taking placlass="hi2">ce. People are waking up to the truth, miraclass="hi2">cles are educlass="hi2">cating about God's reality, and belief is shifting away from illusions. That's a helpful way to class="hi2">change the world.

Thus it's not then so muclass="hi2">ch about to staying IN the world and fixing it up and making it all pretty and real, but more to do with you class="hi2">converting it to an illusory yet more tolerable "happy dream", whiclass="hi2">ch smooths the way to awakening and eases suffering and gently helps you and others to return to God. This "use of the world" for awakening is a better purpose than to try to "use the world" to produclass="hi2">ce a "real world" that is class="hi2">considered better than the old one.

There's nothing wrong with you class="hi2">changing the illusion. Jesus did it many times. Every miraclass="hi2">cle does it. Miraclass="hi2">cles rearrange spaclass="hi2">ce and time. Jesus tells us its a deviclass="hi2">ce for the manipulation of time (and spaclass="hi2">ce)! Why not ease the nightmare and lift some burdens lovingly so that people class="hi2">can see EXAMPLES and DEMONSTRATIONS of right-minded thinking, the truth of God's kingdom, the POTENTIAL of awakening, and the FREEDOM that is everyone's right!

The purpose then isn't to class="hi2">change the world for the world's sake, but to class="hi2">change the world to help people wake up from the world and return to reality.

In the two opposing views of Aclass="hi2">CIM - one that God class="hi2">created this world, and one that he didn't, there are some parallels.

Both views reclass="hi2">cognize that the ego is a problem and seeks to undo it. Both views reclass="hi2">cognize that the Holy Spirit provides a higher vision whiclass="hi2">ch is more truth-oriented.

Both views also seek to see THIS world in a more loving and forgiving way.

But where they diverge, is in terms of the overall goal of the relationship with this world.

In the view that God class="hi2">created the Earth, forgiveness is seen as a way to love what God class="hi2">created, as though you were attaclass="hi2">cking a real class="hi2">creation through your projeclass="hi2">ctions of guilt, and have to learn how to forgive it and reunite with it.

In the view that God did NOT class="hi2">create the Earth, forgiveness is seen as a way to love what WE class="hi2">created, in order to see the REFLEclass="hi2">CTION of God in it, as though you were attaclass="hi2">cking a FALSE world through your projeclass="hi2">ctions of guilt, and have to learn how to OVERLOOK it and unite with what is BEYOND it.

Both views have us class="hi2">changing our relationship with the world to a more loving one. To being more forgiving towards whatever it is and whatever is in it.

The view that God class="hi2">created this world uses forgiveness to form a better relationship with what is thought to be God's kingdom, to not merely refleclass="hi2">ct heaven in it but to see it AS heaven literally. This view rejeclass="hi2">cts the idea that heaven is another kingdom distinclass="hi2">ct from the world.

The view that God did NOT class="hi2">create this world essentially uses forgiveness to UNDO the world we made, where atonement is seen as bringing about the END of the world. Not ended in attaclass="hi2">ck, but ended after the "benediclass="hi2">ction of holiness upon it". First forgiven, then disappeared. The ending of the world then gives way to REVEAL the underlying Kingdom of God that it was hiding.

Sinclass="hi2">ce A class="hi2">Course in Miraclass="hi2">cles has plenty of material pertaining to forgiving "a world", to being loving towards "the outside world", to no longer projeclass="hi2">cting sin and guilt onto "the world" and so on, in both models, it is easy to see that the idea of God class="hi2">creating the world SEEMS to have a lot of material to baclass="hi2">ck it up.

But where that model falls short is revealed in the differenclass="hi2">ce in its final goal. It seeks to keep the world and not have it disappear. It seeks to make the world REAL, instead of reclass="hi2">cognizing its unreality. It seeks to class="hi2">combine heaven with earth suclass="hi2">ch that Earth is fully literally heaven. And it seeks to write-off anything suggesting that Earth is not of God, by binding it to the ego's faulty perclass="hi2">ceptions.

There is an entire step BEYOND the forgiving of this world, a step where God takes us out of this world, where the world disappears, where the stars disappear in light, where the world "merely class="hi2">ceases to seem to be", where it "spins into the nothingness from whiclass="hi2">ch it class="hi2">came", where spaclass="hi2">ce and time and all their class="hi2">contents disappear, and where the world indeed does class="hi2">come to an end. We leave bodies, we leave the world, and we go to our true home in the Kingdom of God - not of this world.

So you class="hi2">can see that both models have a lot of parallels, both have features that have a similar approaclass="hi2">ch. A person believing that God class="hi2">created the Earth class="hi2">can still adopt a loving attitude toward the world, some FORM of forgiveness toward it, and class="hi2">can even approaclass="hi2">ch the refleclass="hi2">ction of God - albeit interpreted as literally God itself. The refleclass="hi2">ction of heaven is "read into" as being merely a way of looking AT heaven, rather than its refleclass="hi2">ction. And so a person studying under this umbrella class="hi2">could still potentially reaclass="hi2">ch an advanclass="hi2">ced state of some FORM of love and forgiveness. But it does not take it all the way.

Only when we class="hi2">can reclass="hi2">cognize that God did not class="hi2">create the Earth class="hi2">can we truly have a) a placlass="hi2">ce to assign statements about Earth being not of God, b) a proper reclass="hi2">cognition of what a refleclass="hi2">ction is, class="hi2">c) a class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ct understanding of what forgiveness means and implies, d) an openness to realizing there is no Earth/world, and e) a willingness to reclass="hi2">cognize God's Kingdom as beyond this world and our true home in God.

So both approaclass="hi2">ches class="hi2">can take you quite far, but the belief that God class="hi2">created the Earth will class="hi2">cause you to reaclass="hi2">ch an impasse. You won't be able to go INTO heaven proper, beclass="hi2">cause Earth will aclass="hi2">ct as a doorstop. If you think you reaclass="hi2">ched your destination before you aclass="hi2">ctually did, you're obviously missing out on the final goal. The road doesn't end at planet Earth, it ends in another world entirely. And so the two paths DIVERGE greatly the class="hi2">closer you get to the real world. One aims to settle into life on Earth forever, while the other has its sights set on a world beyond the stars.

God has absolute power. And yet, God shares all of His power with us. And this doesn't mean, in some watered-down version or less class="hi2">capable version, but we aclass="hi2">ctually in our natural divine state are meant to fully share all of God's power, and to extend it. This means, class="hi2">creatively, the ability to do anything. It also gives us an inclass="hi2">credible experiential strength, an invulnerability, an immortality, eternal life, and nothing short of the class="hi2">complete inability to be affeclass="hi2">cted by anything. We're talking, beyond superhero status here. Miraclass="hi2">culous, class="hi2">complete unwavering class="hi2">certainty and absolute knowing.

Now, this generally isn't the kind of experienclass="hi2">ce that most of us are having day-to-day. Most of the time we're in a state of quite significlass="hi2">cant dis-empowerment. Somehow we seem to be out of touclass="hi2">ch with a sense of class="hi2">certainty, we're not class="hi2">confident, we feel vulnerable, we see ourselves as weak viclass="hi2">ctims, easily affeclass="hi2">cted by the world and quite easily losing our peaclass="hi2">ce over stupid little things. We quite literally walk the earth in basiclass="hi2">cally a state of immersion in FEAR, with a sense of dread and foreboding about going anywhere and doing anything. We don't really feel like we're some kind of master of reality or that we're class="hi2">completely impenetrable and invulnerable. So how did we get into this state?

Basiclass="hi2">cally, any way that we use or side with the ego and its thought system, undermines us. It always entails some form of denial, bloclass="hi2">ckage, shutting out, disowning of one's self, self-rejeclass="hi2">ction, class="hi2">censorship, unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness, a projeclass="hi2">ction of the power of 'class="hi2">cause' onto external people and events, seeing oneself as viclass="hi2">ctimized and affeclass="hi2">cted by the world, suffering in the body, things happening that we didn't class="hi2">choose, the list goes on. All of these things, if we believe and involve ourselves with them, class="hi2">cause us to seemingly experienclass="hi2">ce a state of disempowerment. In other words, we've at some point aclass="hi2">ctually class="hi2">chosen to deny and projeclass="hi2">ct our power onto others, so that we appear to be weak and afraid. On purpose. So yes, we aclass="hi2">ctually class="hi2">choose to be viclass="hi2">ctims and we live a fearful life thinking this is normal.

So now the question is, how do we get that power baclass="hi2">ck? Well, for starters, we're going to begin by noticlass="hi2">cing that we class="hi2">currently believe we class="hi2">can't get our power baclass="hi2">ck beclass="hi2">cause a) we don't even reclass="hi2">cognize that it is OUR power, b) we've loclass="hi2">cked it up tightly in the hands of other people, class="hi2">c) we don't think we have the power to take it baclass="hi2">ck, d) we think we're going to have to muster some inclass="hi2">credible class="hi2">courage to class="hi2">confront some terrible enemy in order to win it baclass="hi2">ck (whiclass="hi2">ch we don't have nearly enough of, making the prospeclass="hi2">ct of it seem terrifying). None of these things are true, but this is what we're starting with in our 'forgiveness proclass="hi2">cess'.

So we aclass="hi2">ctually need to question whether these perclass="hi2">ceptions and beliefs are aclass="hi2">ctually true. Rather than simply reaclass="hi2">ct to them or think that we have to go up against them, we need to stop, baclass="hi2">cktraclass="hi2">ck, and ask ourselves, is this even true? Is it really someone else's power? Is it really not my own power that I'm afraid of? Is my fear even really 'beclass="hi2">cause of' the power I see projeclass="hi2">cted or is this state of fear maybe a deviclass="hi2">ce that class="hi2">CAUSES me to lose my power? Did someone take this power from me or did I aclass="hi2">ctually willingly give it away? Is there really a big reason why I class="hi2">can't take it baclass="hi2">ck?

The truth is, only you have ever tried to give your power away, and only you have ever aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">complished the illusion that you class="hi2">can do this, and only you class="hi2">can undo this by class="hi2">changing your mind. Only you have done this to yourself. So taking your power baclass="hi2">ck is going to mean a) being more honest about what you did to yourself, b) being more responsible for everything you are experienclass="hi2">cing, class="hi2">c) reclass="hi2">cognizing the innoclass="hi2">cenclass="hi2">ce of others beclass="hi2">cause they are not the class="hi2">cause of your disempowerment, d) reclass="hi2">cognizing with greater class="hi2">clarity that you are afraid of your own power not the power of others, e) disclass="hi2">cerning that the power you see out there is in faclass="hi2">ct YOUR power that you disassoclass="hi2">ciated from, and f) taking steps to reclass="hi2">claim ownership rights of that power and g) admitting to who you really are.

You are a powerful class="hi2">child of God. Not some weak sclass="hi2">cared class="hi2">child of God. POWERFUL. class="hi2">Compared to most people who live in a state of fear 24/7, even the ones who fake it by pretending to be class="hi2">confident or arrogant, they too are just as muclass="hi2">ch under the belief that they are viclass="hi2">ctims - they've just beclass="hi2">come a bit better at being viclass="hi2">ctimizers too as a defense meclass="hi2">chanism. It pales in class="hi2">comparison to the sense of class="hi2">certainty, stillness, presenclass="hi2">ce, class="hi2">confidenclass="hi2">ce, knowing and truth, that will reside in you when you aclass="hi2">ctually perform forgiveness properly and reclass="hi2">claim what is rightfully yours.

You must therefore learn to see yourself not as a viclass="hi2">ctim. You must drop the viclass="hi2">ctim role and beclass="hi2">come more responsible for everything you are experienclass="hi2">cing. When you are engaged in ego with someone or having a fight or arguing or are upset by someone etclass="hi2">c... those are preclass="hi2">cisely the times where you need to learn to exerclass="hi2">cise greater honesty, responsibility and awareness, that no you are NOT upset beclass="hi2">cause of that person, they are NOT the class="hi2">cause, and what you're feeling is YOUR responsibility. You are doing this to yourself. You have to beclass="hi2">come willing to aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept this at all times, in all situations.

What happens if you class="hi2">cannot aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept that you are class="hi2">completely responsible for your life? It means that you believe other people are responsible for it. If they're responsible for it, they have the power to determine what happens to you and what you experienclass="hi2">ce. Thus they have power over you. And you will beclass="hi2">come terrified and weak. You must class="hi2">choose not to see yourself this way. You must remember to take full ownership of who you really are.

The entire purpose of all your projeclass="hi2">ction, all your sclass="hi2">capegoating, all your self dis-empowerment and all your efforts to 'get rid of' what is inside you, is basiclass="hi2">cally just another part for your attempted *suiclass="hi2">cide*, as part of your *death wish*, in whiclass="hi2">ch you are trying to stop being the Son of God. Trying to get rid of yourself and give all of yourself away to other people for them to diclass="hi2">ctate who and what you are, is just a part of you trying to destroy yourself. You must stop this.

And so this means that when you stop doing that, what you're doing now is owning up to who you really are, you're being true to yourself, you're not abandoning yourself, you're reclass="hi2">claiming responsibility for the power that God is sharing with you, you're being restored to a position of being UNAFFEclass="hi2">CTED by anything external, and thus you are reclass="hi2">claiming your INVULNERABILITY and your IMMORTALITY (not that they class="hi2">could ever be truly lost, lol).

What you WILL find, I promise, and I say this beclass="hi2">cause this is what I am experienclass="hi2">cing myself, is that when you keep taking this responsibility and ownership of the truth in you, taking baclass="hi2">ck your power, being true to yourself, being even more honest about the faclass="hi2">ct that only you class="hi2">can do stuff to yourself and everyone else is NOT the class="hi2">cause, the more EMPOWERED you are going to feel. And this is aclass="hi2">ctually going to feel like you have some kind of ... power, inside you, some kind of invulnerability... some kind of strength of class="hi2">certainty... some kind of sense of joyful knowingness... that seems to just be there naturally without you having to do anything else. You didn't have to build it up, you didn't have to inclass="hi2">crease it or foclass="hi2">cus on it or amplify it with affirmations. It's your NATURAL STATE and it simply feels like you are psyclass="hi2">chologiclass="hi2">cally strong, immoveable, and unaffeclass="hi2">cted by anything.

And if like me, you do this, you will start to be quite surprised at how you have a lot less FEAR when you are out in the world. You will feel more sure of yourself. You will have more class="hi2">confidenclass="hi2">ce to talk to people. You will have this sort of sense of, I class="hi2">can't be attaclass="hi2">cked - invulnerability - a sense of being SAFE - that allows you to then have the class="hi2">confidenclass="hi2">ce to approaclass="hi2">ch people. And you will also find as I am, that you will approaclass="hi2">ch people from a placlass="hi2">ce of greater love, you will beclass="hi2">come muclass="hi2">ch more willing to express the truth and say loving things right out in the open, and be far far less class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cerned about the stupid viclass="hi2">ctimization attitudes suclass="hi2">ch as 'what will they think of me', 'I better not be myself in class="hi2">case I upset someone', 'I better be very class="hi2">controlled in class="hi2">case I make someone hurt me', 'I hope it's safe to go there', etclass="hi2">c.... all of those things start to melt away, replaclass="hi2">ced with a POWER that just beams with a sense of joy and class="hi2">confidenclass="hi2">ce.

The only thing that needs to happen to 'aclass="hi2">cquire' aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cess to this power is to STOP DISEMPOWERING YOURSELF. Stop going along with the ego. Stop listening to it. Stop using it. Stop being irresponsible. Stop blaming people. Stop believing that people affeclass="hi2">ct you. Stop projeclass="hi2">cting class="hi2">causes outside yourself. Stop literally 'giving away' all of the power that you have to class="hi2">choose everything that you experienclass="hi2">ce. As soon as you think someone else has class="hi2">control of it or is responsible for it, that's in, you're instantly disempowered and in a viclass="hi2">ctim role, fearing for your life. You don't want to be there. It feels like SHIT to be disempowered. And onclass="hi2">ce you are disempowered you will strongly believe that OTHER PEOPLE have class="hi2">CAUSED YOU to lose your power. That they sclass="hi2">cared you, did something to you, took it away from you, showed prowess over you, threatened you, or whatever. All of those beliefs are BULLSHIT. Nobody has any power to do anything to you whatsoever unless you GIVE IT TO THEM.

And when you give power to others, you are literally giving it to the EGO. It is the EGO that you are EMPOWERING, when you give your power away. Do you think the ego loses out on the deal, or that it's only you that suffers? Nope. You empower the ego. You make the ego seem like it has class="hi2">control over you. You make the ego seem like it class="hi2">can tell you what to do and sclass="hi2">care the living shit out of you. It has no ability to do this. Only you class="hi2">can seem to class="hi2">create the illusion in your own mind that it has this ability, or that it has done so. And then you're literally listening to one part of your mind have power over the other part, pretending that the two are not even assoclass="hi2">ciated. This is a split mind.

Take your power baclass="hi2">ck. It's yours. Nobody has any rights to it. Nobody has power over your power. You will be thrilled at how muclass="hi2">ch better it makes you feel to not live like a viclass="hi2">ctim your whole life. It's a strength you never imagined you class="hi2">could experienclass="hi2">ce. And it is the missing pieclass="hi2">ce of the puzzle that you class="hi2">could never seem to find to help you to feel class="hi2">confident around people, or to have enough 'balls' to talk to them the way you want to, or to set boundaries, or to have healthy relationships of any kind. This all class="hi2">comes as a natural side-effeclass="hi2">ct of taking your power baclass="hi2">ck and realizing you have far more true power than you ever thought possible, if you'll just stop disowning it.

And let's finish by aclass="hi2">cknowledging, this strength is aclass="hi2">ctually not your 'own' strength. It's a strength you SHARE with God. God, as love, gives you this strength, when you love yourself. And he gives you this strength so that you class="hi2">can share it with others to inclass="hi2">crease the strength within them. And so beclass="hi2">coming empowered HAS to also mean, relinquishing class="hi2">control over your life, relinquishing relianclass="hi2">ce on your separate ego self, on your own separate mind and thoughts and abilities, and instead placlass="hi2">cing yourself into God's hands. Then you truly beclass="hi2">come empowered above and beyond anything any ego class="hi2">could ever dream of. The big ego trap of beclass="hi2">coming empowered is to suggest that *separate you* class="hi2">can beclass="hi2">come powerful - thats the spiritual ego. It's bullshit. You don't want that. You want to share the power of God. It's the only way to truly experienclass="hi2">ce eternal life.

"I am not weak but strong. I am not afraid but all powerful" - Aclass="hi2">CIM

This is a class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion I've class="hi2">come to over time, and I'll explain why it makes sense to me.

God is whole. Everything God does is whole. When God class="hi2">creates he fully class="hi2">creates. What he class="hi2">creates is fully class="hi2">created and is whole.

"We have also emphasized that man, insofar as the term relates to Soul, has not only been fully class="hi2">Created, but also been class="hi2">created perfeclass="hi2">ct. There is no emptiness in him."

God is a class="hi2">creator and has many thoughts. Eaclass="hi2">ch of those many thoughts are also whole thoughts, and thoughts of wholeness. Eaclass="hi2">ch of those thoughts class="hi2">contains the other thoughts, beclass="hi2">cause there is one wholeness shared by all of them - that's oneness.

"God class="hi2">created His Sons by extending His Thought and retaining the extensions of His Thought in His Mind. ALL His Thoughts are thus perfeclass="hi2">ctly united within themselves and with eaclass="hi2">ch other beclass="hi2">cause they, were class="hi2">created neither partially nor in part."

God has class="hi2">created many class="hi2">children, eaclass="hi2">ch of whiclass="hi2">ch therefore must be whole, and they all share the whole of God.

Now, in terms of relationship, God class="hi2">can ONLY relate fully. With eaclass="hi2">ch of those thoughts or class="hi2">created beings, God must have a full-on class="hi2">complete relationship. It is a whole relationship, in whiclass="hi2">ch God shares the whole of Himself. And all of Himself is reclass="hi2">ceived by his class="hi2">creations.

If you take a definition of "personal", to mean that you get the fullest most undivided attention, where someone totally class="hi2">commits to you and gives to you without any laclass="hi2">ck or limitation, ie you're getting "fully personal serviclass="hi2">ce", then God IS giving fully personal serviclass="hi2">ce. He is giving you ALL of the attention and serviclass="hi2">ce possible for anyone to ever reclass="hi2">ceive. The best personal serviclass="hi2">ce you ever had.

God gives his full total whole attention and being to one class="hi2">child. That class="hi2">child reclass="hi2">ceives the whole of God. God does not laclass="hi2">ck or limit or hold baclass="hi2">ck anything he is sharing with that one class="hi2">child. The relationship they have is totally whole. Therefore as far as that class="hi2">child is class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cerned, God is being fully attentive, fully relating, fully present, fully foclass="hi2">cused and fully giving to them.

That is the MAXIMUM amount of personal serviclass="hi2">ce possible in any sclass="hi2">cenario. It's not even possible for God to be MORE personal, beclass="hi2">cause he is meeting ALL of the needs of that class="hi2">child. He is giving them absolutely everything. There is no definition of getting fully personal attention from God than this.

The truth also is that EAclass="hi2">CH of the class="hi2">children of God are being given the FULL attention of God. God is wholly fully giving all of himself to class="hi2">child A, and to class="hi2">child B, and to class="hi2">child class="hi2">C. This is where God's abilities transclass="hi2">cend ordinary states of spatial relationship, limitations, class="hi2">compartments and class="hi2">categories.

God is omnipresent. This not only means that God is everywhere but it also means that all of God is in every part of God fully, simultaneously, and without restriclass="hi2">ction or limit. God is aclass="hi2">ctually class="hi2">capable of giving FULL attention to any given part, while also giving FULL attention to any other part.

All the parts of God, all of his class="hi2">creations, therefore individually experienclass="hi2">ce a full, whole, class="hi2">completely, total, unlimited relationship with their class="hi2">creator. EAclass="hi2">CH of them experienclass="hi2">ces God as fully and wholly relating with them personally. Not that God is distraclass="hi2">cted with other class="hi2">children, or only has a short amount of time to spare.

God is entirely 100% personally attending to eaclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">child individually. Every class="hi2">child of God has God's full attention at all times, in a maximally personal relationship. And every class="hi2">child of God is reclass="hi2">ceiving all of God at all times, without there being class="hi2">confliclass="hi2">ct, beclass="hi2">cause they all share God's omnipresent transclass="hi2">cendental nature.

This means that God is fully personal in relationship with eaclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">child. But God is also fully giving the same fullness to eaclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">child. This means there is no differenclass="hi2">ce between what God is giving to one class="hi2">child, or what God is giving to another class="hi2">child. God is giving the same total wholeness to class="hi2">child A, and class="hi2">child B, and class="hi2">child class="hi2">C. They are all treated equally and fully.

Therefore, this means that God is truly being "impersonal", in the sense that none of his class="hi2">children are reclass="hi2">ceiving SPEclass="hi2">CIAL FAVOR, and every one of them is reclass="hi2">ceiving the fullness of his attention. Eaclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">child has a fully total personal whole relationship with ALL of God. While from God's perspeclass="hi2">ctive, he is having this full total relationship with EAclass="hi2">CH class="hi2">child simultaneously, and fully, without limit.

God therefore is impersonal beclass="hi2">cause every single class="hi2">creation is related to in the SAME way, with the same wholeness and fullness and love. Nothing is given to one whiclass="hi2">ch is not given to another. EAclass="hi2">CH class="hi2">child of God has the WHOLE of God. Every class="hi2">child of God has EVERYTHING. All the class="hi2">children of God share ALL of God, and the same one whole is shared by them all. That is their oneness in holographiclass="hi2">c relationship with the whole, as whole parts.

This means, in class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion, that God is fully entirely personal in relationship with EAclass="hi2">CH of his class="hi2">creations, and yet simultaneously is fully entirely personal in relationship to EVERY class="hi2">creation, and is therefore ALSO fully impersonal. Impersonal does not mean remote and distant and class="hi2">cold. It means not differentiating between any two persons, and not giving something different to one and not another.

Being impersonal is inclass="hi2">clusive, but many people think that being personal is exclass="hi2">clusive. And this is why many people think God class="hi2">cannot be personal. It is also why many people think God is class="hi2">COMPLETELY impersonal, without ANY "personal" (ie not fully attentive) relationship at all, whiclass="hi2">ch portrays God as some kind of remote unclass="hi2">caring generalized abstraclass="hi2">ct blob that has no real personal relationship with ANYONE. That is not what God is like.

Similarly, beclass="hi2">cause in the world of form and ego, people reclass="hi2">cognize that ego is selfish and exclass="hi2">clusive, many of us also think that being personal is an ego thing. That it means exclass="hi2">clusive, or something applies to one person and not another, or someone gets speclass="hi2">cial treatment, or that someone is laclass="hi2">cking something that another has. That is an earthly definition of "personal", based on separation, and rooted in the ego thought system. It is NOT the proper definition of personal as it applies to God.

God gives all of himself to every class="hi2">child, in a fully personal relationship, while also giving all of himself to the whole of class="hi2">creation at onclass="hi2">ce, transclass="hi2">cending earthly limits and seeming to do the impossible - being wholly in relationship with multiple beings at the same time without the slightest indiclass="hi2">cation of loss or limitation or saclass="hi2">crificlass="hi2">ce or class="hi2">compromise or being distraclass="hi2">cted or speclass="hi2">cial.

This is why I firmly believe God to be BOTH impersonal and personal. Fully personal, indeed MORE personal than any kind of ego-based speclass="hi2">cialness idea of personal, MORE personal than even a single person reclass="hi2">ceiving something exclass="hi2">clusively that others laclass="hi2">ck. MORE personal than the ego's definition of personal, whiclass="hi2">ch is a definition of laclass="hi2">ck and limitation and selfishness and hoarding. God is MORE personal than what most people think would be a maximal amount of "personal".

It is also why God is fully impersonal, in the MOST spiritual way. Impersonal not in a class="hi2">cold detaclass="hi2">ched remote way, but in terms of absolute equality and fairness, totally treating every single person in the same way, relating with the same ONE unclass="hi2">conditional love towards EVERYONE at the same time, and giving everything TO everyone simultaneously. This is far beyond the ego's definition of impersonal relationship, and is the guarantee that God fully personally relates to EAclass="hi2">CH AND EVERY class="hi2">child of God in exaclass="hi2">ctly the same absolute way.

You class="hi2">can see these faclass="hi2">cts refleclass="hi2">cted in many statements from A class="hi2">Course in Miraclass="hi2">cles. For example Jesus speaks about revelations, whiclass="hi2">ch are class="hi2">communiclass="hi2">cations FROM GOD, to an INDIVIDUAL soul, in whiclass="hi2">ch the soul experienclass="hi2">ces a HIGHLY PERSONAL relationship with God, whiclass="hi2">ch doesn't even entail the inclass="hi2">clusion of others. This relationship moment refleclass="hi2">cts the original form of class="hi2">communiclass="hi2">cation between God and ONE class="hi2">child, whiclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">continues to be a refleclass="hi2">ction of the PERSONAL aspeclass="hi2">ct of God's relationship with EAclass="hi2">CH class="hi2">child.

God knows YOU personally, and fully. You have a full total whole relationship with God, personally. But at the same time, God has personal full relationships with your brothers. And his treatment of the whole Kingdom as one is his impersonal class="hi2">consistenclass="hi2">cy and honesty with every class="hi2">creation. This is why I believe God to be A PERSON (or, an "impersonal fully-personal person"), why the Holy Spirit is A PERSON, why the class="hi2">children of God are PERSONS, and why being a person/being is class="hi2">completely natural. We all share everything with everyone.

"Revelation is intensely personal"

"He DOES want revelation brought to others. This class="hi2">cannot be done with the aclass="hi2">ctual revelation, beclass="hi2">cause its class="hi2">content class="hi2">cannot be expressed, and it is intensely personal to the mind whiclass="hi2">ch reclass="hi2">ceives it."

"Revelations induclass="hi2">ce class="hi2">complete but temporary suspension of doubt and fear. They represent the original form of class="hi2">communiclass="hi2">cation between God and His Souls"

"God HAS kept your kingdom for you, but He class="hi2">cannot share His joy with you until you know it with your whole mind."

"The purpose of the Atonement is to restore everything TO you. You had everything when you were class="hi2">created, just as everyone did."

"Eaclass="hi2">ch Soul knows God class="hi2">completely. This IS the miraclass="hi2">culous power of the Soul. The faclass="hi2">ct that eaclass="hi2">ch Soul has this power class="hi2">completely is a faclass="hi2">ct that is entirely alien to human thinking, in whiclass="hi2">ch if any ONE has everything, there is nothing LEFT."

In the Authority problem, there is a great reversal of roles, and a class="hi2">confusing of levels.

Jesus refers to this as being the sourclass="hi2">ce of siclass="hi2">ckness ("all siclass="hi2">ckness class="hi2">comes from class="hi2">confusing the levels").

He also says that miraclass="hi2">cles realign the 'levels of perclass="hi2">ception' into their proper order. Miraclass="hi2">cle princlass="hi2">ciple 30:

"By reclass="hi2">cognizing spirit, miraclass="hi2">cles adjust the levels of perclass="hi2">ception and show them in proper alignment." - Aclass="hi2">CIM

What this means is, awareness is supposed to begin in God and extend outward, and any 'perclass="hi2">ception' you have is supposed to flow outward from God. Like, there is a level of perclass="hi2">ception higher than the physiclass="hi2">cal level, and then there is a lower level of perclass="hi2">ception to whiclass="hi2">ch you are most aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">customed. They are supposed to flow in the order/sequenclass="hi2">ce of higher-flowing-to-lower. The light within illuminating perclass="hi2">ception.

When you have an authority problem, it means that down here in lala land you have turned around 180 degrees and now instead of faclass="hi2">cing outward extending God's love from within, you are effeclass="hi2">ctively 'out of your mind', looking baclass="hi2">ck toward God with the suggestion that there is nothing 'baclass="hi2">cking you up'. Your perclass="hi2">ception then seems to run against God's extension and class="hi2">collides with it head on. Mis-class="hi2">creation! You start to see yourself as the sourclass="hi2">ce of everything, with God as your opponent opposite you, to whiclass="hi2">ch you are now opposed, and as suclass="hi2">ch you develop a sense of being an authority opposed to God.

It also means that when I have an authority problem, an ego problem, I will not be willing to lay down my ego and allow myself to be owned by God, I will not allow myself to extend God, I will not allow myself to love, I will not allow myself to let God be the authority, I will not allow myself to reclass="hi2">ceive from God, I will not allow myself to follow God's guidanclass="hi2">ce, I will not allow myself to listen to God, and I will not allow myself to surrender. Instead I stand against God in everything I do and try to go off and class="hi2">control everything all by myself.

This is the fundamental aclass="hi2">ction of the ego, being opposed to God. This is why we think we have an authority that we do NOT have. And it is this false sense of authority that builds up as what you're familiar with - that sense of an 'inflated ego', or a sense of self that is righteous, or a sense of you being important in ego ways, or a sense of entitlement, or a sense of having power that you do not really possess, etclass="hi2">c... all false idol worship and forms of ego trying to be in class="hi2">charge, in class="hi2">control, in power, ruler of the universe.

WE HAVE TO LEARN TO DROP AND REVERSE THIS ATTITUDE.

This is what I am learning now. The orders of perclass="hi2">ception are working against eaclass="hi2">ch other, and I have level class="hi2">confusion, and I am in siclass="hi2">ckness, preclass="hi2">cisely beclass="hi2">cause I am funclass="hi2">ctioning WITHOUT GOD. I am opposed to God and I need to surrender my 'trying to be God' position, turn baclass="hi2">ck around 180 degrees so that I am flowing WITH God and extending WITH God, and I need to therefore ADMIT TO AND REclass="hi2">COGNIZE !!!!!!. .. that GOD is the one who is the authority here.

This is quite a powerful turning point. It means letting down all of those opposing ego attitudes in myself, learning to put them aside and to reclass="hi2">cognize that they interfere with God, learning that all love and POWER flows FROM God, that God is the one who is in class="hi2">charge, and beclass="hi2">coming WILLING to ALLOW this to be true. It's really part of aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepting the truth of the atonement - the truth that God is the primary authority. We class="hi2">can join him in it and SHARE in it, but we class="hi2">can't take it over and use it against Him or ourselves or others.

This is a class="hi2">complete flip, really, to the ego. My little ego is all hell-bent on being God, being a savior, fixing everyone, being a hero, being responsible for and class="hi2">carrying the weight of the world, and trying to be some kind of spiritualized exalted ego. This is the class="hi2">COMPLETE OPPOSITE of the 'natural' "divine order". The divine order has me properly positioned as God's SON, extending His love, sharing in His class="hi2">creation, flowing His love, sharing His miraclass="hi2">cles. And that means, JOINING God in His kingdom, in awareness of His spirit, and faclass="hi2">cing the same direclass="hi2">ction as Him, flowing WITH His will, reclass="hi2">cognizing that His will and my will are One (that's an Aclass="hi2">CIM theme too), and that I class="hi2">can now share in God's truth and power and healing.

I class="hi2">cannot be a powerful healer, super spiritual hero, mega savior, ultra do-it-yourselfer class="hi2">conqueror. I T D O E S N O T W O R K ! :-) Try fixing something whiclass="hi2">ch absolutely class="hi2">cannot be fixed by you and you'll soon enclass="hi2">counter just how flawed your fix-it power-over-everything attitude is.

The only way that works is turning around and getting aligned to, open to, aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepting of, flowing with, and being with God's will and God's love. That's where miraclass="hi2">cles flow from. But it means you have to stop trying to do this all by yourself. You have to admit you class="hi2">cannot do ANYTHING by yourself. And it's true. And that means a) surrendering, b) admitting God is in class="hi2">charge not you, class="hi2">c) this opens the doorway to the RELIEF of FINALLY class="hi2">conneclass="hi2">cting with God and being willing to LET GOD WORK THROUGH YOU. Yay.

Here class="hi2">come the miraclass="hi2">cles.

"For true perclass="hi2">ception is a remedy with many names. Forgiveness, salvation, Atonement, true perclass="hi2">ception, all are one."

True perclass="hi2">ception, aka class="hi2">Christ Vision, means seeing with forgiveness, ie seeing with a forgiving attitude. This is a mind that does not believe in sin and does not see sin.

False perclass="hi2">ception, aka the body's vision, means NOT seeing with forgiveness, ie seeing with an unforgiving attitude. This is a mind that believes in sin and sees sin.

What you SEE, when you have false perclass="hi2">ception, you ONLY see BEclass="hi2">CAUSE your perclass="hi2">ception is unforgiving. And what you see with false perclass="hi2">ception (yes, the world, bodies) ONLY EXIST WITHIN your false perclass="hi2">ception, NOT beyond it.

What you SEE, when you have true perclass="hi2">ception, class="hi2">CANNOT BE SEEN when you have false perclass="hi2">ception. And false perclass="hi2">ception is DENIAL OF REALITY.

The way to perclass="hi2">ceive with class="hi2">Christ Vision is to NOT USE anything that exists in the realm of false perclass="hi2">ception. That means THE BODY, beclass="hi2">cause the body is FALSE and a denial of reality.

The body has permanent false perclass="hi2">ception. "These eyes made not to see will never see." You class="hi2">CANNOT use the body's eyes to see reality. "The body sees ONLY ILLUSIONS."

To see reality you must use the spiritual eye, aka class="hi2">christ vision, whiclass="hi2">ch DOES NOT USE the body's eyes or depend on them in any way, beclass="hi2">cause THEY are made of false perclass="hi2">ception.

Using the body's eyes disables the use of the spiritual eye beclass="hi2">cause they DENY forgiveness. The body's eyes DO NOT OVERLOOK, and therefore what they SEE they only see beclass="hi2">cause they FAIL to see PAST what they see.

When they look AT surfaclass="hi2">ces of objeclass="hi2">cts, it is beclass="hi2">cause they are UNFORGIVING. If they were forgiving, they would OVERLOOK ALL WALLS. A sight that is BLOclass="hi2">CKED BY WALLS is false perclass="hi2">ception.

Given that class="hi2">christ vision means to be forgiving, beclass="hi2">cause it is true perclass="hi2">ception, class="hi2">christ vision MUST OVERLOOK and NOT SEE whatever the BODY sees. Therefore class="hi2">Christ Vision DOES NOT SEE WALLS, BODIES, OR THE WORLD.

The body sees only other sinful bodies. That is false perclass="hi2">ception.

"FORGIVENESS DOES NOT LOOK UPON BODIES."

"TO SEE A SINLESS BODY IS IMPOSSIBLE."

You class="hi2">cannot look AT a body WITHOUT using false perclass="hi2">ception. Whiclass="hi2">ch means you believe in sin, and as a result are then SEEING sinful things in a sinful way. If you want to look at a body WITHOUT sin, it is IMPOSSIBLE!!! You must overlook the body and NOT SEE IT, in order to BE in a state of mind of innoclass="hi2">cenclass="hi2">ce. The innoclass="hi2">cent ONLY LOOK UPON GOD and his class="hi2">creation. The innoclass="hi2">cent DO NOT HAVE, AND DO NOT SEE BODIES. There are no bodies in reality. "Gone are bodies."

Seeing the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ class="hi2">causes you to class="hi2">CEASE USING the body's eyes. The world whiclass="hi2">ch the body is made of, exists within, is seen within, and symbolizes, DISAPPEARS from your sight when you see the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ. Beclass="hi2">cause to see the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ requires TOTAL true perclass="hi2">ception, whiclass="hi2">ch does not see bodies OR the world of bodies AT ALL. In faclass="hi2">ct the world vanishes and is FORGOTTEN when you see the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">christ.

"Aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept the one illusion whiclass="hi2">ch proclass="hi2">claims there is no class="hi2">condemnation in God's Son, and Heaven is remembered instantly; ***the world forgotten***, all its weird beliefs forgotten with it, as the Faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ appears unveiled at last in this one dream. "

When the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ is UNVEILED, it is beclass="hi2">cause THE VEIL has disappeared. And the physiclass="hi2">cal world IS THE VEIL whiclass="hi2">ch the body's vision is blinded by.

The "body's eyes" is ANY state of egotism. ANY state of class="hi2">confusion as to what is true and false. ANY state of a belief in sin. ANY state of death or suffering or fear. And the faclass="hi2">ct is, that this STATE, is what has class="hi2">CAUSED the physiclass="hi2">cal human body to appear. The human body ONLY EXISTS WITHIN that state. It is the state of false perclass="hi2">ception. If you perclass="hi2">ceive the false as true, you will make false things real, and materialize an illusory FORM OF ERROR - a body.

The BODY, has ONLY false perclass="hi2">ception. It is only seen WITH false perclass="hi2">ception. It sees other bodies ONLY WITH false perclass="hi2">ception. You class="hi2">CANNOT SEE bodies with forgiveness. To see a sinless body is IMPOSSIBLE. To "Forgive bodies" has to mean to OVERLOOK THEM AND NOT SEE THEM.

"The body's eyes will class="hi2">continue to see differenclass="hi2">ces. 2 But the mind that has let itself be healed will no longer aclass="hi2">cknowledge them." "...the healed mind will put them all in one class="hi2">category; they are unreal."

False perclass="hi2">ception inclass="hi2">cludes therefore the state of mind in whiclass="hi2">ch Heaven is denied, and ALSO therefore the ENTIRE WORLD that class="hi2">comes from it, whiclass="hi2">ch inclass="hi2">cludes the physiclass="hi2">cal body itself AND ITS PHYSIclass="hi2">CAL EYEBALLS. "These eyes made not to see will never see" is referring to the BODY'S EYES, its seeing meclass="hi2">chanism, its eyeballs, its relianclass="hi2">ce on external photons of light whiclass="hi2">ch are DENIED by the forms of error (matter), and its interpretation of those sensory signals whiclass="hi2">ch were MADE TO BLOclass="hi2">CK KNOWLEDGE.

"The body sees only illusions." Literally. ONLY illusions. "The world you see is an illusion of a world, God did not class="hi2">create it." The body class="hi2">can ONLY SEE what GOD DID NOT class="hi2">CREATE.

Here is the faclass="hi2">ct of the body PHYSIclass="hi2">CALLY seeing ONLY the world of forms and illusions, whiclass="hi2">ch is physiclass="hi2">cal matter, flesh and bones, other bodies, and the planet:

"The body's eyes see only form. They class="hi2">cannot see beyond what they were made to see. And they were made to look on error and not see past it. Theirs is indeed a strange perclass="hi2">ception, for they class="hi2">can see only illusions, unable to look beyond the granite bloclass="hi2">ck of sin, and stopping at the outside surfaclass="hi2">ce of nothing. To this distorted form of vision the outside of everything, the wall that stands between you and the truth, is wholly true."

Do the body's eyeballs see only forms? YES.

Do the body's eyeballs fail to see PAST forms? YES.

Do the body's eyeballs see only the outside surfaclass="hi2">ces of objeclass="hi2">cts? YES

Are physiclass="hi2">cal objeclass="hi2">cts therefore the "Granite bloclass="hi2">ck of sin"? YES.

Is the PLANET literally a PHYSIclass="hi2">CAL WALL that stands between you and reality? YES.

"The world of bodies is the world of sin". PLURAL bodies, not just your body, not just your body's eyes. The world where MULTIPLE BODIES exist, the class="hi2">container of the loclass="hi2">cation of bodies, is the WORLD OF SIN. OUTSIDE the bodies. The ENVIRONMENT in whiclass="hi2">ch bodies appear to exist, is THE WORLD OF SIN! The entire world inclass="hi2">cluding all physiclass="hi2">cal objeclass="hi2">cts and bodies is MADE OF SIN AND DEATH.

"Without the idea of DEATH there is no world."

The world of sin, whiclass="hi2">ch is the world of bodies, is the world that the body is BLINDED BY and class="hi2">CANNOT SEE PAST, beclass="hi2">cause the body class="hi2">CANNOT OVERLOOK ERRORS, and physiclass="hi2">cal objeclass="hi2">cts are the FORMS OF ERROR that the body class="hi2">cannot see past. The body has permanent false perclass="hi2">ception.

"These eyes, made not to see, will never see. For the idea they represent left not its maker, and it is their maker that sees through them. What was its maker's goal but not to see. For this the body's eyes are perfeclass="hi2">ct means, but not for seeing. See how the body's eyes rest on externals and class="hi2">cannot go beyond. Watclass="hi2">ch how they stop at nothingness, unable to go beyond the form to meaning. Nothing so blinding as perclass="hi2">ception of form. For sight of form means understanding has been obsclass="hi2">cured."

Are the body's eyeballs SEEN THROUGH by their maker? YES.

Do the body's eyes REST ON EXTERNALS? YES.

Does their vision stop at the surfaclass="hi2">ce of nothing unable to see past it beclass="hi2">cause it is an UNFORGIVING false perclass="hi2">ception that does not overlook FORMS OF ERROR? YES.

Are the body's eyes BLINDED by perclass="hi2">ceiving FORMS? YES. When you SEE FORMS - **OBJEclass="hi2">CTS** - BODIES. ... you are BLINDED. Beclass="hi2">cause the forms are the outside surfaclass="hi2">ce of NOTHING, they are not real, and they do not really exist! And seeing them PREVENTS YOU FROM SEEING REALITY. They bloclass="hi2">ck your vision. This is why the body's eyes class="hi2">cannot see reality EVER. You class="hi2">cannot USE the body see reality EVER.

This is why you have to forget the body and develop the SPIRITUAL EYE, beclass="hi2">cause it's a way of SEEING that bypasses THE BODY totally and OVERLOOKS EVERYTHING THE BODY SEES, meaning it is NOT bloclass="hi2">cked by the surfaclass="hi2">ce of objeclass="hi2">cts, it is NOT blinded by perclass="hi2">ceiving forms, it does NOT fail to overlook the granite bloclass="hi2">ck of SIN that the world is made of, it DOES NOT SEE BODIES, and it class="hi2">CAN LOOK AT REALITY. Reality is BEYOND the physiclass="hi2">cal.

"Your brother's reality is beyond his body."

"Unity alone is not a thing of dreams. And it is this God's teaclass="hi2">chers aclass="hi2">cknowledge as behind the dream, beyond all seeming and yet surely theirs."

The dream is the PHYSIclass="hi2">CAL WORLD. It's the world you made. The world of sin and death that the BODY LIVES IN and class="hi2">CANNOT SEE PAST. Reality is BEYOND THE PHYSIclass="hi2">CAL WORLD. And you class="hi2">can only see it by OVERLOOKING, literally seeing THROUGH, the physiclass="hi2">cal world. Beclass="hi2">cause the world IS THE VEIL OF SIN over the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">christ.

"And so you and your brother stand ... before the veil of sin that hangs between you and the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ. "

"This world of idols is a veil aclass="hi2">cross the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ, beclass="hi2">cause its purpose is to separate your brother from yourself."

"Forgiveness lets the veil be lifted up that hides the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ from those who look with unforgiving eyes upon the world. It lets you reclass="hi2">cognize the Son of God"

"Let not your eyes be blinded by the veil of speclass="hi2">cialness that hides the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ from him, and you as well. "

"The world stands like a bloclass="hi2">ck before class="hi2">Christ's faclass="hi2">ce."

A PHYSIclass="hi2">CAL BLOclass="hi2">CK. WHIclass="hi2">CH THE BODY IS BLINDED BY. A WALL OF SIN.

"But true perclass="hi2">ception looks on it as nothing more than just a fragile veil, so easily dispelled that it class="hi2">can last no longer than an instant. It is seen at last for only what it is. And now it class="hi2">cannot fail to disappear"

The PHYSIclass="hi2">CAL MATERIAL VEIL WILL DISAPPEAR, revealing the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ whiclass="hi2">ch is BEYOND IT.

"Where destruclass="hi2">ction was perclass="hi2">ceived the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ appears, and in that instant is the **world forgot**, with time forever ended as ***the world spins into nothingness from where it class="hi2">came."*** - beclass="hi2">cause THE WORLD, the PLANET, EARTH, where BODIES exist, the WORLD OF SIN, is a world of NOTHINGNESS - it is a THIN VEIL over the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">christ BLOclass="hi2">CKING REALITY. Physiclass="hi2">cal matter is a bloclass="hi2">ck to awareness and is IN the mind beclass="hi2">cause your mind is BIGGER than this world.

"You maintain the world in your mind with your thoughts" "Both heaven (formless eternity) and EARTH (physiclass="hi2">cal planet) are in your mind."

"A world forgiven class="hi2">cannot last. 2 It was the home of bodies."

Even a forgiven world was WHER BODIES EXIST. The world of SIN. Whiclass="hi2">ch is turned into the forgiven world. BUT>....

But forgiveness looks past bodies. 4 This is its holiness; this is how it heals. 5 The world of bodies is the world of sin, for only if there were a body is sin possible. 6 From sin class="hi2">comes guilt as surely as forgiveness takes all guilt away. 7 And onclass="hi2">ce all guilt is gone what more remains to keep a separated world in placlass="hi2">ce? 8 For placlass="hi2">ce has gone as well, along with time. 9 Only the body makes the world seem real, for being separate it class="hi2">could not remain where separation is impossible. 10 Forgiveness proves it is impossible ****beclass="hi2">cause it sees it not****. 11 And what you then will overlook will not be understandable to you, just as its presenclass="hi2">ce onclass="hi2">ce had been your class="hi2">certainty."

"class="hi2">C-4.1. The world you see is an illusion of a world. 2 God did not class="hi2">create it, for what He class="hi2">creates must be eternal as Himself. 3 Yet there is nothing in the world you see that will endure forever. 4 Some things will last in time a little while longer than others. 5 But the time will class="hi2">come when all things visible will have an end.

class="hi2">C-4.2. The body's eyes are therefore ***not the means by whiclass="hi2">ch the real world class="hi2">can be seen***, for the illusions that they look upon must lead to more illusions of reality. 2 And so they do. 3 For ****everything they see not only will not last****, but lends itself to thoughts of sin and guilt. 4 While everything that God class="hi2">created is forever without sin and therefore is forever without guilt."

This is very class="hi2">clearly spelled out in the class="hi2">course. If you're seeing THIS WORLD, you are USING THE BODY. The world of bodies is the world of sin. Forgiveness DOES NOT look upon bodies. It sees unity BEYOND bodies, BEYOND the physiclass="hi2">cal veil of matter, BEYOND this world. ANOTHER WORLD. Heaven and earth are totally opposite.

You class="hi2">cannot look at physiclass="hi2">cal bodies in a forgiving way. They class="hi2">CANNOT BE SEEN by forgiveness.

You class="hi2">cannot look at the physiclass="hi2">cal planet in a forgiving way. A FORGIVEN WORLD class="hi2">CANNOT LAST.

"To forgive is to OVERLOOK", not to look AT.

There is no body. There is no world. They exist only WITHIN states of mind that are false. They are halluclass="hi2">cinations by insane individuals.

"The world is the INSANE THOUGHT SYSTEM of those DRIVEN MAD by guilt." "The world IS FALSE PERclass="hi2">CEPTION".

They are seen only WITH false perclass="hi2">ception beclass="hi2">cause they exist INSIDE OF false perclass="hi2">ceiving. And you class="hi2">cannot see them if you are innoclass="hi2">cent. There is no Earth in Heaven.

"Only the class="hi2">creations of light are real." "The living world of Light" is God's Kingdom, not the world of sin or bodies or forms or planets.

There is no world here.

"A miraclass="hi2">cle is a reversal of the physiclass="hi2">cal order beclass="hi2">cause it brings more love to the giver AND the reclass="hi2">ceiver. (A miraclass="hi2">cle is misunderstood when it is regarded as a speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cle.)"

"The use of miraclass="hi2">cles as a speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cle to INDUclass="hi2">CE belief is wrong. They are really used for and by believers."

A class="hi2">CAREFUL reading of these princlass="hi2">ciples tells you something different to what many people believe it says.

First of all, that if you REGARD a miraclass="hi2">cle AS a speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cle, it is MISUNDERSTOOD.

This implies that miraclass="hi2">cles are quite class="hi2">capable of BEING speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cles, ie something "impossible" happening whiclass="hi2">ch might surprise people. But when you regard what is happening AS a speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cle, you are mistaken. Beclass="hi2">cause then you're a) foclass="hi2">cusing on form, b) not realizing how the mind is being healed, class="hi2">c) not reclass="hi2">cognizing the PURPOSE of miraclass="hi2">cles ultimately whiclass="hi2">ch is to get us baclass="hi2">ck to God.

This doesn't in any way mean that a speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular miraclass="hi2">cle is wrong or to be avoided. It means that if you INTERPRET the miraclass="hi2">cle as a mere "speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cle", you are mistaken about what is happening and why. This has no bearing on whether or not a miraclass="hi2">cle is being performed or for what reason.

Rather than suggest that you should AVOID speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular miraclass="hi2">cles, it in faclass="hi2">ct tells you that if you think that a speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular miraclass="hi2">cle IS A SPEclass="hi2">CTAclass="hi2">CLE, you HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD what is happening! Whiclass="hi2">ch is a totally OPPOSITE meaning.

He then goes on to tell us that USING a miraclass="hi2">cle to try to INDUclass="hi2">CE BELIEF, is wrong. He does not say that miraclass="hi2">cles are wrong, or using miraclass="hi2">cles is wrong, or that speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular miraclass="hi2">cles are wrong. He says that if you use them to try to class="hi2">CONVINclass="hi2">CE someone through class="hi2">coerclass="hi2">cion, manipulation, "showing off", temptation etclass="hi2">c... you are getting into ego magiclass="hi2">c.

Not only is this "wrong" beclass="hi2">cause it is a misunderstanding of miraclass="hi2">cles, it's also wrong beclass="hi2">cause it will inclass="hi2">crease ego and play on speclass="hi2">cial relationships and risk idol worship. Miraclass="hi2">cles aren't meant to be used solely for the purpose of "how they look". Like, Jesus didn't walk on water to just "show off". He did it to TEAclass="hi2">CH and to inspire and awaken people. Beclass="hi2">cause "miraclass="hi2">cles are teaclass="hi2">ching deviclass="hi2">ces."

He goes on to class="hi2">clarify, that in faclass="hi2">ct miraclass="hi2">cles are given BY BELEIVERS, FOR BELIEVERS. Whiclass="hi2">ch suggests that in order to REclass="hi2">CEIVE a miraclass="hi2">cle, a class="hi2">certain amount of belief or faith is needed in the part of the REclass="hi2">CIPIENT, ie they have to be somewhat open to being helped, and therefore already HAVE belief. And this enables them to be helped. Whiclass="hi2">ch means the help is given to those who are open and reclass="hi2">ceptive and already are willing to entertain the possibility.

They are thus NOT given to people who REJEclass="hi2">CT the help strongly and don't want it, in an attempt to FORclass="hi2">CE them to BELIEVE, beclass="hi2">cause this would be a violation of free will. Trying to "impress" someone or shoclass="hi2">ck them or use the power of the mind to get someone to FOLLOW you or to worship you, is obviously a mis-use of that power.

So when you look at these two statements class="hi2">carefully, you should not class="hi2">come away thinking "speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular miraclass="hi2">cles are wrong" or "don't perform miraclass="hi2">cles that might be speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular in class="hi2">case you sclass="hi2">care someone", and especlass="hi2">cially not "always do them behind class="hi2">closed doors in private". Jesus was plenty publiclass="hi2">c with his demonstrations. We are in faclass="hi2">ct enclass="hi2">couraged to perform miraclass="hi2">cles, to reclass="hi2">cognize that miraclass="hi2">cles class="hi2">CAN BE speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular, that it's perfeclass="hi2">ctly legitimate and okay for speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular things to oclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cur (otherwise its likely not a miraclass="hi2">cle anyway), and that suclass="hi2">ch miraclass="hi2">cles should be happening all the time."What the Holy Spirit enables you to do is class="hi2">clearly not of this world."

So the only thing these statements are saying is not to use miraclass="hi2">cles for ego purposes, don't forclass="hi2">ce them on people that don't want them, don't MIS-interpret them as speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cles, and give them to those who are at least partly willing to believe in them already. Otherwise you risk faclass="hi2">cing ego rebuttal and fear reaclass="hi2">ctions.

In faclass="hi2">ct, all of these statements quite class="hi2">clearly IMPLY that miraclass="hi2">cles class="hi2">CAN BE extraordinarily speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular, in general. Someone walking on water, someone's limb being rebuilt, food being multiplied, the dead being raised, is pretty speclass="hi2">ctaclass="hi2">cular. And there is nothing wrong with that nor is Jesus class="hi2">cautioning against it in ANY way.

This is why sometimes you have to really read the class="hi2">course slowly and class="hi2">carefully and digest ALL the words instead of skipping over it too quiclass="hi2">ckly, beclass="hi2">cause it's far too easy to skim and foclass="hi2">cus on only parts of sentenclass="hi2">ces and then draw generalized class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusions that don't pay class="hi2">close attention to the details.

I found myself in a class="hi2">conversation with Jesus last night about whether or not it's okay to pray for someone if they have not 'given permission'. I wanted to pray for someone to attempt to help them and heal them, but I wondered, what if they did not want this?

I thought about how we're not meant to violate someone's free will and how maybe it would inclass="hi2">cur some kind of 'karma' if we try to do this. I also thought about ethiclass="hi2">cs and about how everyone has 'rights' and that we're supposed to be respeclass="hi2">ctful and all that.

I seemed to be getting hints from Jesus that it was still okay to pray, and in faclass="hi2">ct it had been Jesus who initially had suggested to me "pray". Jesus has been trying to get me to experiment more with 'true prayer', sinclass="hi2">ce prayer is the medium of miraclass="hi2">cles, and to learn more how to extend God's miraclass="hi2">cles to people. But I felt a bit awkward about 'doing a prayer to someone'.

I wondered if it was some kind of manipulation. But somehow it seemed plausible that maybe it was helpful, that maybe anything that truly class="hi2">comes from God is perhaps useful and uplifting and a blessing of some kind.

So then I started wondering about whether in the higher realms there might be some kind of speclass="hi2">cial 'rules' or 'laws' in placlass="hi2">ce whiclass="hi2">ch govern this kind of thing, whether I should ask Jesus or God or someone not only IF it's okay to pray for someone, but also what to pray for. It seems at least to make sense to ask for guidanclass="hi2">ce as to what will be helpful, rather than just launclass="hi2">ch into an ego 'I think this should happen' sort of thing.

Then it started to oclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cur to me that perhaps there is a differenclass="hi2">ce between horizontal and verticlass="hi2">cal thinking, ie that most of our worries about violating someone's free will are to do with things we would 'do to someone' in a horizontal, ego-logiclass="hi2">cal way, on the level of form and separation... and that perhaps when you go into 'verticlass="hi2">cal' mode (whiclass="hi2">ch is class="hi2">conduclass="hi2">cive to miraclass="hi2">cles), you are perhaps transclass="hi2">cending that entire sclass="hi2">cenario... it oclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">curred me to also that everything in this world is basiclass="hi2">cally illusion and part of ego-world laws, and yet in truth, "I am under no laws but God's".

Having spun my wheels around all of this I then turned to Jesus and just asked, why or how is it okay to pray for someone when they haven't asked for it and maybe don't even want it?

In his beclass="hi2">coming-inclass="hi2">creasingly-class="hi2">common fashion, he replied with a single short sentenclass="hi2">ce whiclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">cut through absolutely all of the bullshit and class="hi2">confusion like a knife.

"Sinclass="hi2">ce when was it a class="hi2">crime to love someone?"

Praying with God and reclass="hi2">ceiving God's love and extending God's love, whiclass="hi2">ch is the 'meclass="hi2">chaniclass="hi2">cs' of miraclass="hi2">cle working, is entirely within the realm of loving people. It's not really 'about' the miraclass="hi2">cle as suclass="hi2">ch, or the outclass="hi2">come, but really just about loving people. The love that inspires the miraclass="hi2">cle is important, more than the miraclass="hi2">cle itself. The miraclass="hi2">cle is almost a side-effeclass="hi2">ct of love. So with a foclass="hi2">cus on simply praying as a form of a) thanking God for love, b) reclass="hi2">ceiving love, class="hi2">c) extending love to others, where's the possible harm in that? And if a miraclass="hi2">cle class="hi2">comes of it, that's fine too... beclass="hi2">cause "miraclass="hi2">cles are natural expressions of love, when they aren't happening something has gone wrong".

So I foclass="hi2">cused on love. And I prayed for the person. And I even prayed for the person to reclass="hi2">ceive healing, whiclass="hi2">ch may even entail class="hi2">changes in their body. But rather than it seem like an aclass="hi2">ct of class="hi2">control, manipulation, non-aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">ceptanclass="hi2">ce or overstepping boundaries, it simply beclass="hi2">came an affirmation of truth, an exclass="hi2">clamation of the lovability of the person, and a restoration of how God would have things be. In this sense it class="hi2">can only be a blessing. And this made me think of...

"Miraclass="hi2">cles are the maximal serviclass="hi2">ce you class="hi2">can render to another". So if a miraclass="hi2">cle is the absolute BEST that I class="hi2">can possibly offer to someone, as a natural class="hi2">component of love through prayer, than where is there room in there for doubt or ideas of 'not supposed to' or 'respeclass="hi2">cting separate will' or whatever. And I guess it boils down to this..... miraclass="hi2">cles from God's love are ALWAYS a blessing, are ALWAYS welclass="hi2">come, are ALWAYS justified, are ALWAYS allowed (per God's will), and are a kind of 'right' that we eaclass="hi2">ch have to bestow upon eaclass="hi2">ch other.

We are, in our miraclass="hi2">cle working, extending God's authority and using that authority to have authority over ILLUSIONS, not so muclass="hi2">ch over the person. The person is NOT the illusion of siclass="hi2">ckness, the person is NOT the life class="hi2">challenge, the person is NOT what their ego is up to or the lessons they have. So we class="hi2">cannot really do anything TO the person anyway, beclass="hi2">cause they already ARE perfeclass="hi2">ct love in truth. And we are not really in faclass="hi2">ct healing the real person beclass="hi2">cause the real person needs no healing. All we are doing is class="hi2">calling for love to class="hi2">come in and set a person free from illusions, whiclass="hi2">ch is a divine blessing.

Okay so I realize this may sound like potentially a lot of rationalization or justificlass="hi2">cation... but really just class="hi2">clarity. class="hi2">Coming into awareness that we ARE extensions of God's authority, we DO have the ability to give love, Jesus DOES perform miraclass="hi2">cles as "interclass="hi2">cessions for your holiness", and doing this IS allowed and normal and loving, regardless of whether someone asks to be helped or not. Divine help is TRULY HELPFUL. Ego help is the kind of help that has side-effeclass="hi2">cts and boundary-violating properties. There is a differenclass="hi2">ce. Provided we are putting God/Love first, all is well.

It's okay to work miraclass="hi2">cles for those who are not able to help themselves, and for those who are temporarily weaker, and for those who are temporarily more resistant to love. But you should probably still seek Spiritual guidanclass="hi2">ce as to whether this is in aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cord with the Plan of Atonement. As Jesus says, indisclass="hi2">criminate miraclass="hi2">cles are not always helpful, and that you should class="hi2">consult with Him first. I guess that's as good a basis for 'what to do' as any.

It all class="hi2">comes baclass="hi2">ck to that funny old adage ... "what would Jesus do?"

In Aclass="hi2">CIM, mistakenness is not the same thing as how the world generally thinks of it. If you go into the women's toilet instead of the men's, it class="hi2">could be a mistake. A mistaken aclass="hi2">ction. If you piclass="hi2">ck up the wrong set of keys, it class="hi2">could be a mistake. If you leave your lunclass="hi2">ch box at the workplaclass="hi2">ce, it class="hi2">could be a mistake. Something you intended that sort of went wrong somehow.

You class="hi2">could then try to turn these mistakes into sins and say that the person is guilty for going into the wrong bathroom, or a bad person for forgetting the proper keys, or stupid for leaving their lunclass="hi2">ch at work. But a "forgiving" reframing of this that says like "oh well they just made a mistake beclass="hi2">cause they were supposed to go into the other toilet", isn't forgiveness. It just reclass="hi2">cognizes a horizontal worldly error within this system.

Forgiveness is higher than this. True mistakenness is a reclass="hi2">cognition on a verticlass="hi2">cal axis. It's a view from above, from a mindset of sanity and truth and light. It looks down and sees something impossible, something whiclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">cannot be true, and reclass="hi2">cognizes it as not true or real. Something false. Like a lie. And beclass="hi2">cause it reclass="hi2">cognizes it as untrue, it is not attraclass="hi2">cted to it, and it doesn't turn it into something to be punished for. Instead it reclass="hi2">cognizes that the error just needs to be class="hi2">correclass="hi2">cted. It was just a mistaken view, a mistaken belief, whiclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">can't be true, and the mind needs to be restored to the truth.

So if in the world, say, we take something that someone is believing or doing, based on a mistake. Let's say that they're having a siclass="hi2">ckness and class="hi2">coughing all over everyone. You class="hi2">could take this mistake and turn it into a sin. Sin does the opposite of see class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ctable errors, and sin doesn't reclass="hi2">cognize a mistake AS a mistake. Instead it thinks of it as a TRUTH, as something real and valid, and aclass="hi2">ctual. The person really is class="hi2">coughing all over the other real people, how horrible. What a sinner.

To move to forgiveness then, we need to shift away from "it's a sin" to "it's a mistake". But not in worldly terms. Not in soclass="hi2">cial preferenclass="hi2">ces or rules about how to aclass="hi2">ct around people or other made up stuff. True mistakenness would reclass="hi2">cognize that a) the person is not a body even if they think they are b) they are not really siclass="hi2">ck beclass="hi2">cause they are immortal class="hi2">c) no-one is really suffering d) class="hi2">contagion is a lie e) nothing real class="hi2">can be threatened etclass="hi2">c... that sort of thing. In effeclass="hi2">ct that ... this whole show, this body person, this class="hi2">coughing, this spewing, is all FALSE. It isn't true, it isn't happening, it isn't POSSIBLE in God.

If we class="hi2">can see that this event isn't possible, is false, isn't true of the person, they are not really doing it, its having no effeclass="hi2">ct, etclass="hi2">c, then we class="hi2">can reclass="hi2">cognize that the person is in a sate of insanity and is just simply mistaken about how and what they are. They're showing a lie. They're trying to class="hi2">convinclass="hi2">ce you sin is taking placlass="hi2">ce. It isn't. We reclass="hi2">cognize there are just a bit insane, a bit mistaken, class="hi2">calling for love, in need of healing and class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ction. None of what they are doing is possible, none of it is true, none of it is happening but in a dream.

That's the kind of mistakenness that the Holy Spirt reclass="hi2">cognizes. He sees errors and does not mistaken them for sins. The ego on the other hand tries to take mistakenness and hold it against people, narrows down to foclass="hi2">cus on it, judges it, makes it out to be TRUE, believe it is HAPPENING, believes it is POSSIBLE, and is HAVING EFFEclass="hi2">CTS ... and that's all basiclass="hi2">cally a definition of "sin". The idea of an attaclass="hi2">ck whiclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">can have real class="hi2">consequenclass="hi2">ces against real things.

"Into eternity, where all is one, there class="hi2">crept a tiny, mad idea, at whiclass="hi2">ch the Son of God remembered not to laugh. In his forgetting did the thought beclass="hi2">come a serious idea, and possible of both aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">complishment and real effeclass="hi2">cts." UrT27I6

It's kind of all about reclass="hi2">cognition. If you reclass="hi2">cognize what is possible and true in God, then you reclass="hi2">cognize when someone is MISTAKEN. Their mistakenness class="hi2">calls for class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ction not punishment. You reclass="hi2">cognize what they are presenting is NOT POSSIBLE, and class="hi2">can't be true, so is not aclass="hi2">ctual or real. So you class="hi2">can't hold it against them.

If you FAIL to reclass="hi2">cognize that the person is just mistaken or "being false", you make another mistake, by mistaking a mistake for NOT a mistake..... you turn the mistake or falseness into a TRUTH, and now beclass="hi2">cause it is true it seems REAL to you. Or like a faclass="hi2">ct. The person really is class="hi2">coughing all over everyone. The person really did go into the wrong bathroom. The person really did leave their lunclass="hi2">ch at work for the 5th time.

"The Holy Spirit class="hi2">CANNOT punish sin. Mistakes He reclass="hi2">cognizes, and would class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ct them all, as God entrusted Him to do. But SIN He knows not, nor class="hi2">can He REclass="hi2">COGNIZE mistakes that class="hi2">cannot be class="hi2">correclass="hi2">cted. For a mistake that class="hi2">cannot be class="hi2">correclass="hi2">cted is MEANINGLESS to Him. Mistakes are FOR class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ction. They class="hi2">call for NOTHING ELSE." UrT19D4

Largely suclass="hi2">ch mistakes are easy to mistake for sins, rooted in physiclass="hi2">cal stuff. All the things we do with the body, all the things in the world, are all IMPOSSIBLE. ... and they present temptations, and illusions that you class="hi2">can do things whiclass="hi2">ch class="hi2">CANNOT BE TRUE in God, suclass="hi2">ch as being siclass="hi2">ck. If you take those illusions AS TRUTH, you believe they are real, and now the physiclass="hi2">cal aclass="hi2">ct is interpreted as a sin. You loclass="hi2">ck it in placlass="hi2">ce as though it class="hi2">can't be reversed or forgiven. And now in unforgiveness you "aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cuse" the person of "really doing this", and justifying punishment. Who moved my class="hi2">cheese?!

So basiclass="hi2">cally we have a mind full of illusions and insanity whiclass="hi2">ch is just a state of making a lot of mistakes and believing untrue stuff. That only class="hi2">calls for class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ction. But if you take that stuff and do not reclass="hi2">cognize it and do not realize it is untrue, you will MISTAKE IT for truth and now it beclass="hi2">comes SIN. As though you're really doing it. That's the little shift the ego insanity makes. That little shift from "it's just an illusion" to "taking that illusion seriously beclass="hi2">cause you're aclass="hi2">ctually really doing it." Ego grabs ahold of mistakes and class="hi2">corrupts them into punishable aclass="hi2">cts of evil. As if you intended it on purpose.

We are just mistaken. And we are mistaken about being mistaken. And when we lift away the mistakenness about being mistaken, we'll reclass="hi2">cognize we are mistaken, and then stop being mistaken. And that is forgiving.

You have everything. God shared it with you.

But then the ego class="hi2">comes along and says, "you don't have that". It tells you, "you're laclass="hi2">cking what God gave you. what he supposedly gave you is not HERE. so you'd better go look for it somewhere ELSE."

So then you start to SEEK. And this seeking is like running away from what God gave you. And what God gave you is inside you, so you're running away fromyourself.

As Jesus says, all forms of siclass="hi2">ckness are produclass="hi2">ced by seeking externally outside of yourself. What this means is, if you believe and assert that you do not already HAVE what God has given you, that's aclass="hi2">ctually an ATTAclass="hi2">CK on your invulnerability. And that attaclass="hi2">ck now means that you are attempting to believe that a) you are not as God class="hi2">created you (you are siclass="hi2">ck), b) you have laclass="hi2">ck and emptiness in you (death), and class="hi2">c) you will not find God by going within (separation).

Then you go off looking for... basiclass="hi2">cally yourself, for God.... anywhere OTHER than where it is. The ego's made sure you believe its not in you, and you don't have it, and you are not yourself, and God is not in your mind, so now you look everywhere ELSE for it. You therefore are now looking "outside yourself", somewhere beyond your is-ness, to try to find what you think you laclass="hi2">ck.

And as you do this, you are class="hi2">compounding the belief that you are laclass="hi2">cking, that you're empty, that God is not with you for some reason, that you don't have health, that you are less than whole, that you are diminished and void in some way. And all of those attaclass="hi2">ck thoughts produclass="hi2">ce SIclass="hi2">CKNESS. They are like evil class="hi2">curses.

Then as you seek, looking everywhere but where you'll find God/Self, out in the world, or even in the body, you WILL NOT FIND IT. You've separated yourself from it, so now you are blind to it, and aware UNAWARE of its presenclass="hi2">ce, so you literally do not see it. You will therefore keep hunting around in the dark, worried, afraid, desperate that you need to get this 'something' baclass="hi2">ck, and yet you will not find it. The 'it' is not out there, beyond your Self. The 'it' as God is not separate from you, lost in some world somewhere.

So you will then "seek and not find". And you'll not find pretty hard. And especlass="hi2">cially if your believe in being laclass="hi2">cking in some way is strong, e.g. unworthy, or imperfeclass="hi2">ct, or flawed, or whatever, you will be class="hi2">compelled even more strongly to SEEK. And yet the harder you seek, where the 'it' is not, i.e. outside of you, the more you will fail to find it. And you'll grow really frustrated that you are class="hi2">coming up empty handed and being led on wild gooseclass="hi2">chases. But, if you're really steeped in this belief in how muclass="hi2">ch you are laclass="hi2">cking, you'll still have yet another attempt at finding it. You'll tell yourself you didn't look hard enough (beclass="hi2">cause you're defeclass="hi2">ctive), and that class="hi2">can be a viclass="hi2">cious class="hi2">circlass="hi2">cle.

So then you seek and fail and seek harder and fail harder and it gets really desperate and exasperating. You feel like you just class="hi2">can't find a solution. You go into paniclass="hi2">c. The ego has really got you in its grips. And the faclass="hi2">ct is, it's beclass="hi2">cause you are looking for something you DID NOT EVEN REALLY LOSE in the first placlass="hi2">ce, in a loclass="hi2">cation that it does not exist. You need to QUESTION THE NEED TO SEEK, by questioning whether it is TRUE that you aclass="hi2">ctually 'laclass="hi2">ck' in the way that you believe.

So what that then boils down to is, it's a matter of awareness. You have bloclass="hi2">cks to your awareness whiclass="hi2">ch hide from your awareness the presenclass="hi2">ce of everything God already gave you. And if you had full awareness of everything God gave you, you would KNOW that you do not laclass="hi2">ck ANYTHING and that you have NO NEEDS. Thus no need to seek. The bloclass="hi2">ck to awareness is all the ways that the ego tells you, you are not ALREADY fully equipped, that you are not ALREADY class="hi2">complete and whole, that you are not ALREADY holy and perfeclass="hi2">ct, or that you are not ALREADY WITH GOD.

Yes, you are already with God. You just have a bloclass="hi2">ck to awareness class="hi2">covering it up.

So we need to stop seeking. After all, people who find, stop seeking, right? You might think that means you have to seek first in order to find seclass="hi2">cond? Well, what if you just find? What if you just aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept that you are already in a state of having found yourself, and found God, and that you are in the presenclass="hi2">ce of what you THOUGHT you were laclass="hi2">cking? What if you question all of the 'laclass="hi2">cking' belief? What if you undo all of the 'don't deserve it' and all of the 'not perfeclass="hi2">ct enough' and all of the 'I'm not God's beloved class="hi2">child'? What will be REVEALED?

The truth!

The truth will set you free, or rather, you will be set free INTO the truth. The truth is, God already loves you, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you, you are not laclass="hi2">cking at all, you are worthy of unclass="hi2">conditional love, you are totally 100% aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">ceptable, you are perfeclass="hi2">ctly innoclass="hi2">cent and HOLY, and you have absolutely NO REASON to be afraid. All fear stems from a sense of separation from God, i.e. something's gone wrong and now you have to seek. Stop it. No fear is needed, only class="hi2">celebration, that "I was lost and now I'm found". class="hi2">Cus when you're a seeker, you're a loser. When you stop seeking, you win, beclass="hi2">cause then the ego loses.

"Be still and know that I am God." See.

When we class="hi2">come to the class="hi2">course, typiclass="hi2">cally we class="hi2">come with a pretty big bag of beliefs.

One major belief, aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">crued over a lifetime, is that we are separate from the world. The world is this huge thing outside us. We learned "by experienclass="hi2">ce" that it does things on its own, against our will, and we do not SEEM to have any direclass="hi2">ct mental power OVER it at all.

Only a rare few have even a slight hint of what we might class="hi2">call "telekinesis".. mind over matter. Some bend spoons thinking it's amazing but it's barely anything.

This is what the ego set up... to be in bodies shut off from the power of the mind and *disabled* so muclass="hi2">ch that we class="hi2">can't even use the mind DIREclass="hi2">CTLY to make anything happen. And then we just... got used to it.

We do have SOME power over the body, even regular non Aclass="hi2">CIM folk do... like you class="hi2">can class="hi2">cause the body to class="hi2">change in various ways based on your experienclass="hi2">ces and moods and so on. You class="hi2">can class="hi2">choose to go into anger and make your blood pressure go up. You class="hi2">can manifest headaclass="hi2">ches when you don't want to go somewhere. You class="hi2">can develop sore throats when you didn't speak your mind. All kinds of stuff happens to the body just in normal ways as a result of the mind's power - just a little bit of power, demonstrating itself.

But beyond the body, we generally see ourselves as "class="hi2">cut off", disclass="hi2">conneclass="hi2">cted, powerless, class="hi2">completely unable to affeclass="hi2">ct anything outside of it.

Then we class="hi2">come to the class="hi2">course.

And then we hear the class="hi2">course saying stuff about how we need to class="hi2">change our perclass="hi2">ception and that what exists in the world is an outward piclass="hi2">cture of an inward class="hi2">condition. We REFERENclass="hi2">CE our EXISTING BELIEF SYSTEM of "I am not class="hi2">conneclass="hi2">cted to the world", and then try to make sense of it.

So this lead us to think, ok... My mind is not outside my body and has no power over what's out there, so this MUST MEAN, that within my own body, inside my mind inside my body, there are some false perclass="hi2">ceptions whiclass="hi2">ch I need to class="hi2">change, and this will class="hi2">change how I SEE the world out there... BUT, it will not aclass="hi2">ctually class="hi2">CHANGE the world out there whatsoever.

This is beclass="hi2">cause the old belief system of powerlessness, littleness, being stuclass="hi2">ck in a body, having no mental power, is still class="hi2">circlass="hi2">culating as a "foundation" for what you are learning. And so you learn WITHIN that class="hi2">context without questioning it or thinking that it even class="hi2">CAN be questioned. What you learned prior to the class="hi2">course class="hi2">closed your mind, and you proved it to yourself over and over again by how many times you class="hi2">couldn't stop the iclass="hi2">ce-class="hi2">cream from falling on the sidewalk, had to suffer from the weather, or class="hi2">couldn't prevent an aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cident.

So then you learn the entire class="hi2">course and try to make it "fit" inside this framework, building UPON what you think you already know. This leads to GROSS DISTORTIONS of the meaning of what Jesus says. It leads to the belief that he is talking about "you in a body" when he refers to "the world you see" as being something you made up... therefore, sinclass="hi2">ce you believe you class="hi2">can only class="hi2">change what's INSIDE your body, whiclass="hi2">ch you think is all of your mind, you do not even begin to think that class="hi2">changing your mind would class="hi2">change your BODY, yet alone anything OUTSIDE OF IT. And so when Jesus says things like "the world you see", you will dilute and mangle it to fit into what it would mean INSIDE your body, therefore.. referring to your private personal misperclass="hi2">ceptions OF the world, rather than literally or direclass="hi2">ctly the world.

The disclass="hi2">conneclass="hi2">ction or rather, separation between class="hi2">cause and effeclass="hi2">ct, between your mind and what it believes, and the out piclass="hi2">cturing of that AS body and AS THE WORLD - the physiclass="hi2">cal planet - forms - bodies - people - objeclass="hi2">cts - the spearation between you and that stuff seems insurmountable and too far-fetclass="hi2">ched to believe you might be able to have power over it, or that it MUST class="hi2">change, or that you class="hi2">CAN class="hi2">change it with your mental class="hi2">changes. You simply do not see, or believe, that your mind is the class="hi2">cause of what is literally out there.

This leads people to believe also that if they class="hi2">change their internal perclass="hi2">ception, housed inside the limits of their body, they will be able to beclass="hi2">come PEAclass="hi2">CEFUL and happy, IN SPITE OF, the class="hi2">conditions whiclass="hi2">ch are in the body or outside of it. They see both of them as outside of their "self" and so outside of their own mind's power or reaclass="hi2">ch or class="hi2">control. This leads people to believe that they class="hi2">can a) be at peaclass="hi2">ce without healing siclass="hi2">ckness, b) class="hi2">can be at peaclass="hi2">ce with the body dying, class="hi2">c) class="hi2">can be at peaclass="hi2">ce even though people class="hi2">continue to be able to attaclass="hi2">ck their body, d) are happy to just put up with siclass="hi2">ckness beclass="hi2">cause somehow, there is a way to be peaclass="hi2">ceful in spite of it.

This of class="hi2">course is the distortion that entirely arises beclass="hi2">cause of the FOUNDATION of the thought system, whiclass="hi2">ch has been built up over many years, teaclass="hi2">ching us that we are class="hi2">CUT OFF from the world, that there is huge SEPARATION between class="hi2">cause (us) and effeclass="hi2">ct (the world). We don't seem to have ANY mental powers at all to make objeclass="hi2">cts move, to heal siclass="hi2">ck people, to stop death, to reverse suffering, or any of the rest of it. This is beclass="hi2">cause our mind is BLOclass="hi2">CKED, and we are not aware of the whole truth.

Jesus is in faclass="hi2">ct teaclass="hi2">ching us in the class="hi2">course that we DO HAVE THIS POWER, whiclass="hi2">ch is a power to LITERALLY MOVE A PHYSIclass="hi2">CAL MOUNTAIN, or even to class="hi2">create a planet, beclass="hi2">cause this is the natural result of having class="hi2">CAUSAL POWER over the EFFEclass="hi2">CT whiclass="hi2">ch is out there. The inner piclass="hi2">cture MUST be refleclass="hi2">cted outward. So when the mind declass="hi2">cides, hey, I am going to rearrange this entire forest but uprooting all the trees and putting them in a different assortment, that's what will happen. But we do not believe we have even REMOTELY anything near that power, beclass="hi2">cause of just how radiclass="hi2">cally LIMITED our mental power seems to be.

We are GROSSLY out of touclass="hi2">ch with the power of the mind. Just even being in a body seems to shut us off form being able to do this. And yet these things are miraclass="hi2">culous. These miraclass="hi2">cles demonstrate the power the mind has OVER MATTER, beclass="hi2">cause the mind that KNOWS it is class="hi2">CAUSE, simply knows that everything else MUST be at its effeclass="hi2">ct, and so its power over it is UNLIMITED.

It is only beclass="hi2">cause we believe STRONGLY that we are limited by this body, limited by the isolation of being a separate self, totally out of touclass="hi2">ch with the MIND, believing we have a mind when in faclass="hi2">ct we just have a TINY LITTLE BIT OF MIND operating as a class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious self, shut off from what we really are class="hi2">capable of, that we won't class="hi2">consider it even POSSIBLE that the class="hi2">Course is telling us we literally made the world, or that we class="hi2">can class="hi2">change it with our mind alone.

This is the level of resistanclass="hi2">ce to miraclass="hi2">cles. This is the resistanclass="hi2">ce to all ways that mind may exert its power "over matter". "That the mind class="hi2">can heal the body but the body class="hi2">cannot heal the mind is proof that the mind must be stronger than the body." ... the mind is supposed to be ABLE to class="hi2">COMPLETELY do whatever it wants to do with the body. No limits. "There is nothing my holiness class="hi2">cannot do."

But so long as we believe we are these little piddly WEAK little body-identified selves, MINDLESS, class="hi2">cut off from everything external, seeing no oneness or ability to join, and having no power over any forms whatsoever, we are going to just class="hi2">CONTINUE TO BE VIclass="hi2">CTIMS AND DIE. And that's simply beclass="hi2">cause we do not reclass="hi2">cognize that we are class="hi2">choosing that, beclass="hi2">cause we have yet to wake up to the power of the mind. We are aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cidentally class="hi2">choosing death, until we realize that we are the Son of God for whom nothing is impossible.

So there is a LOT of this resistanclass="hi2">ce in the Aclass="hi2">CIM class="hi2">community, and even those who are on the class="hi2">cutting edge of opening up to the power of the mind are still like little babies in terms of the development of this power. I would sort of put myself in that class="hi2">category and there still seems to be so little I class="hi2">can aclass="hi2">ctually do, definitely nothing of my own will, and even with God aclass="hi2">cting with me I am still very limited. But I am willing to be open to the possiblity that my mind, shared with God, has far more power over this world than it appears, and WAY more than I have been led to believe by the ILLUSION the ego class="hi2">created to make it seem I have no power at all.

We have to realize that just by being in a body, we made ourselves TOTALLY POWERLESS, viclass="hi2">ctims at the effeclass="hi2">ct of the world. No power whatsoever to stop things from happening. That's extremely the OPPOSITE to our natural state of miraclass="hi2">cle mindedness. We need to UNLEARN what this illusion has taught us, and reclass="hi2">claim the power of the mind over matter to be able to perform magnificlass="hi2">cent miraclass="hi2">cles and be free of these limitations. This is why Jesus says time and again that there is nothing you class="hi2">cannot do, and ALL THE POWER IN HEAVEN AND EARTH HAS BEEN GIVEN YOU. But we do not see it, or believe it, beclass="hi2">cause we're so used to being blinded by this illusion of separation between what is inside me and what is outside. That must be undone.

"To forgive is to OVERLOOK"

"Everything the body sees is an illusion."

Years ago when I began the class="hi2">course, I thought I understood forgiveness. I thought it basiclass="hi2">cally meant not blaming people, and trying to learn that everyone is innoclass="hi2">cent. It's kind of that. But over time and with deeper study my grasp of forgiveness kept expanding.

I realized at some point forgiveness is a state, a high state of mind, in class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cert with true perclass="hi2">ception, and that our efforts "to forgive" move us in the direclass="hi2">ction of that state. At some point we would aclass="hi2">chieve a truly forgiving state of mind as an end result or goal. And this state reclass="hi2">cognizes there is no real sin.

And so then "doing forgiveness" to me was more to do with purificlass="hi2">cation, healing, release, not judging, taking responsibility, embraclass="hi2">cing the seclass="hi2">cret of salvation etclass="hi2">c. I made effort to forgive myself and others through various means and to move out of fear into guilt, out of guilt into sin, and out of sin into innoclass="hi2">cenclass="hi2">ce. But this still wasn't the whole story.

It gradually beclass="hi2">came class="hi2">clearer that the entire world needs to be overlooked. Particlass="hi2">cularly beclass="hi2">cause the world itself is an illusion, it wasn't enough to undo my mistaken ideas and beliefs about it, somehow I had to learn to "see past" the world to a light or reality beyond it. And this is significlass="hi2">cantly class="hi2">challenging. The world hangs like a veil before the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ, a granite bloclass="hi2">ck of sin, designed to tempt you to believe everything you see.

It beclass="hi2">came class="hi2">clearer that the entire physiclass="hi2">cal universe, all forms of matter, all bodies and planets and objeclass="hi2">cts, are there as temptations, appearanclass="hi2">ces and declass="hi2">ceptions. That seeing something seem to happen in the flesh was in faclass="hi2">ct untrue and unreal. That people are not bodies, but something beyond their physiclass="hi2">cal form that I'm meant to see. And so my efforts shifted toward trying not to be declass="hi2">ceived by the world in general.

This is where things seem to beclass="hi2">come quite difficlass="hi2">cult. When you class="hi2">consider that we've lived in a physiclass="hi2">cal body for many years, assuming the world is real, reaclass="hi2">cting to everything the body senses as if it's happening as proof, there is a lot of class="hi2">conditioning to undo. And it starts to go into a territory where you have to literally question fundamental reality, whether events are even really happening, whether siclass="hi2">ck bodies even exist, whether all of the hierarclass="hi2">chy of illusions really testifies to bad things happening or if it's just some awful dream. And that means questioning even what your body senses say is happening.

For me lately the class="hi2">challenge has been intensified beclass="hi2">cause I've been presented with some very difficlass="hi2">cult "physiclass="hi2">cal" sclass="hi2">cenarios with my wife that present powerful temptations. Temptations to believe that awful things are happening, that there is physiclass="hi2">cal loss, that body parts are malfunclass="hi2">ctioning, that there is seriousness and heaviness and fear-induclass="hi2">cing problems. I've been extremely pushed and impressed upon by the apparent reality of these horrors.

Just the mere aclass="hi2">ct of seeing something physiclass="hi2">cally "wrong" and believing it is truthful, real, happening, or a danger, is enough to inclass="hi2">cite fear and reaclass="hi2">ctions. When the world is dangling "proof" that sin is happening, attaclass="hi2">ck is happening, that bodies seem to be real, in front of your faclass="hi2">ce, proving that sin is real, what do you do? Beclass="hi2">cause this is where we really get into some major need for forgiveness.

It has beclass="hi2">come more and more apparent that everything physiclass="hi2">cal is an illusion. All body states are ficlass="hi2">ctional. The ego uses forms to hold the idea of death in front of our noses, asking us to believe that it's really happening. It asks us to regard people as bodies as though, when parts of the body are threatened or lost, the person is threatened or lost. And if you buy it, you will be very upset. And this is why the world is so unhappy.

Presented with a torrent of nightmarish happenings, my class="hi2">challenge has been to try to learn to disbelieve them. To not buy the appearanclass="hi2">ce. To trust a bigger plan. To see beyond the short-term nonsense. To not believe it means something. To not go into fear as a reaclass="hi2">ction to my own belief that something is very wrong. From what I've been shown through these trials and lessons, not only that our immortal reality the only truth, but also everything bodies testify to is an illusion.

My wife had to have an amputation of her left foot. At first this was horrifying. Just the idea of it made me guilty and afraid. I feared the "loss of her" beclass="hi2">cause if her foot was gone, part of her was really gone. That's what the ego teaclass="hi2">ches through form. Physiclass="hi2">cal loss means something real has been destroyed, whiclass="hi2">ch automaticlass="hi2">cally leads to loss and grief. And so I entered into loss and grief and had to struggle to get out of it. It was induclass="hi2">ced by the belief that what the body was showing was true of her. That a) she was a body, a b) she was attaclass="hi2">cked and really suffering and class="hi2">c) it was an irreversible sin.

This is where forgiveness really meets the road. I've had to learn to try to see past and disbelieve all physiclass="hi2">cal events, happenings, states, class="hi2">conditions, people's expert opinions about how serious it is, the physiclass="hi2">cal testimony that "it really is happening", all proof, and all suggestion by the ego world that something is terribly wrong. It is not easy. The level of temptation has been so high and so frequent that I've been thrown far off-class="hi2">center and struggling to get baclass="hi2">ck a sense of truth.

But I do realize through all of this that the opportunity has presented me with a "test", a way to find out if I will be willing to not buy into this problem and laugh it off with love, perhaps to even beclass="hi2">come miraclass="hi2">culous and healing through that love, or whether I will sink into fear and forgetfulness. To say that the road has been extremely bumpy is an understatement. And so the class="hi2">challenge to forgive is to NOT BELIEVE that any of this is even happening at all. To disregard it as illusions and as lies.

Somehow through the class="hi2">clearing smoke, it seems I disbelieve the physiclass="hi2">cal with more class="hi2">certainty now. And as I see other people's siclass="hi2">ck bodies, somehow I now see them with the same attitude that I see my wife's body with. Her example has class="hi2">changed my perclass="hi2">ception. Whatever the educlass="hi2">cation has been, it now applies to a transformation in my vision. I class="hi2">can't by any means class="hi2">claim this is total or even halfway to where it needs to be, but it's class="hi2">clear that forgiveness has evolved way past what I thought it was, and now onto a more living experienclass="hi2">ce of not being declass="hi2">ceived by form. Even the suggestion of physiclass="hi2">cal death now seems like a ridiclass="hi2">culous lie.

It's no small undertaking. We literally are being asked to not believe ANYTHING in this world. That all forms, appearanclass="hi2">ces, bodies, objeclass="hi2">cts, are mere illusory appearanclass="hi2">ces designed to tempt us, class="hi2">causing us to have to learn NOT to be declass="hi2">ceived by them. It's very difficlass="hi2">cult to not buy illusions when someone class="hi2">close to you is seriously ill with visible and "serious" physiclass="hi2">cal symptoms. But this is what we have to do. The body is a denial of the truth. We have to deny the denial of the truth. We have to learn not to buy a single thing the world says is happening, and look beyond the world to the light. We are safe in God, merely dreaming of exile.

In this view, our task is to overlook the world, whiclass="hi2">ch transforms it into the forgiven world. And a forgiven world class="hi2">cannot last. "A forgiven world class="hi2">cannot last. It was the home of bodies but forgiveness looks past bodies." We look beyond the forgiven world, beyond the real world, to the Kingdom of God. We regard the Kingdom as the only reality. We are vigilant only for its truth and immortality. We are not declass="hi2">ceived by lies of mortal death or suffering. Nothing that the body senses class="hi2">can distraclass="hi2">ct us from an unwavering fixation on God's truth. We are under no laws buy God's, and only the truth is true and this world is not true.

This is what we are asked to do. This is how we forgive. We overlook the false world we made and see it not. We ask to see only the reality of the Kingdom. Nothing else is real. Nothing else has value. Nothing else attraclass="hi2">cts us. Nothing else satisfies. Only in the forgetting of the world and the class="hi2">complete overlooking of its transparent veil of lies class="hi2">can we look upon the faclass="hi2">ce of class="hi2">Christ and finally move beyond to our True Home.

"A Son of God is happy only when he knows he is WITH God. That is the only environment in whiclass="hi2">ch he will not experienclass="hi2">ce strain, beclass="hi2">cause that is where he belongs. It is also the only environment that is worthy of him, beclass="hi2">cause his own worth is beyond ANYTHING that he class="hi2">can make.

class="hi2">Consider the Kingdom whiclass="hi2">ch you have made (Earth), and judge its worth fairly. Is it worthy to be a home for a class="hi2">Child of God? Does it proteclass="hi2">ct his peaclass="hi2">ce, and shine love upon him? Does it keep his heart untouclass="hi2">ched by fear, and allow him to give always without any sense of loss? Does it teaclass="hi2">ch him that this giving is his joy, and that God Himself thanks him for his giving?

That is the only environment in whiclass="hi2">ch you class="hi2">can be happy. You class="hi2">cannot make it, anymore than you class="hi2">can make yourselves. But it has been class="hi2">created for you (Heaven), as you were class="hi2">created for it. God watclass="hi2">ches over His class="hi2">children and denies them nothing."

"class="hi2">Christ's vision has one law. It does not look upon a body, and mistake it for the Son whom God class="hi2">created. It beholds a light beyond the body; an idea beyond what class="hi2">can be touclass="hi2">ched, a purity undimmed by errors, pitiful mistakes, and fearful thoughts of guilt from dreams of sin. It sees no separation. And it looks on everyone, on every class="hi2">circlass="hi2">cumstanclass="hi2">ce, all happenings and all events, without the slightest fading of the light it sees."

"A world forgiven class="hi2">cannot last. It was the home of bodies. But forgiveness looks past bodies. This is its holiness; this is how it heals. The world of bodies is the world of sin, for only if there were a body is sin possible. From sin class="hi2">comes guilt as surely as forgiveness takes all guilt away. And onclass="hi2">ce all guilt is gone what more remains to keep a separated world in placlass="hi2">ce? For placlass="hi2">ce has gone as well, along with time. Only the body makes the world seem real, for being separate it class="hi2">could not remain where separation is impossible. Forgiveness proves it is impossible beclass="hi2">cause it sees it not. And what you then will overlook will not be understandable to you, just as its presenclass="hi2">ce onclass="hi2">ce had been your class="hi2">certainty.

This is the shift that true perclass="hi2">ception brings: What was projeclass="hi2">cted out is seen within, and there forgiveness lets it disappear."

A class="hi2">Course in miraclass="hi2">cles does not mention the phrase "unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious guilt". However, Jesus does teaclass="hi2">ch about it. In faclass="hi2">ct, the whole class="hi2">course is about removing the BLOclass="hi2">CKS TO AWARENESS. A bloclass="hi2">cked awareness is indiclass="hi2">cative of UNclass="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUSNESS - not being class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously aware of love.

Here for example he refers to "veiling in shadows", things whiclass="hi2">ch must be "raised to understanding" (brought baclass="hi2">ck into class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness), in order to make the class="hi2">choiclass="hi2">ce for heaven class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously:

"Heaven is class="hi2">chosen class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously. The class="hi2">choiclass="hi2">ce class="hi2">cannot be made until alternatives are aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">curately seen and understood. All that is veiled in shadows must be raised to understanding to be judged again, this time with Heaven’s help, and all mistakes in judgement whiclass="hi2">ch the mind had made before are open to class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ction as the truth dismisses them as class="hi2">causeless. Now are they without effeclass="hi2">cts. They class="hi2">cannot be class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cealed beclass="hi2">cause their nothingness is reclass="hi2">cognized."

Anything whiclass="hi2">ch is a hidden hate, a seclass="hi2">cret sin, something class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cealed, any form of denial, all illusions, all forms of sin guilt fear siclass="hi2">ckness and death, are forms of unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness.

The entire idea of "awakening" is of returning to full class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness, out of a state of semi-class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness or, in the class="hi2">case of death, unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness. It is also the same thing as the idea of "forgetting".

Here are for example paragraphs from 5 separate class="hi2">chapters talking about unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness...

"These mad beliefs class="hi2">can gain UNclass="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUS hold of great intensity, and grip the mind with terror and anxiety so strong that it will not relinquish its ideas about its own proteclass="hi2">ction."

"Defenses are not unintentional, nor are they made without awareness. They are seclass="hi2">cret magiclass="hi2">c wands you wave when truth appears to threaten what you would believe. They seem to be UNclass="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUS but beclass="hi2">cause of the rapidity with whiclass="hi2">ch you class="hi2">choose to use them."

"Like to a dream of punishment, in whiclass="hi2">ch the dreamer is UNclass="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUS of what brought on the attaclass="hi2">ck against himself, he sees himself attaclass="hi2">cked unjustly, and by something NOT himself."

"He is merely making every possible effort, within the limits you impose upon Him, to re-establish your own will in your class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness. You have imprisoned it in your UNclass="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUS, where it remains available, but class="hi2">cannot help you."

"All forms of siclass="hi2">ckness, even unto death, are physiclass="hi2">cal expressions of the fear of awakening. They are attempts to reinforclass="hi2">ce UNclass="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUSNESS out of fear of class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness. This is a patheticlass="hi2">c way of trying not to know by rendering the faclass="hi2">culties for knowing ineffeclass="hi2">ctual."

So you class="hi2">can see our unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious states are quite well disclass="hi2">cussed in the class="hi2">course and this is only the tip of the iclass="hi2">ceberg.

There is one test by whiclass="hi2">ch you class="hi2">can find out if you have "unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious stuff". First of all, realize that even if you have some amount of class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness, it does not mean that you do not have an unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious. When something is unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious, you LITERALLY are NOT AWARE of it. There class="hi2">can be huge seclass="hi2">ctions of your mind whiclass="hi2">ch have been walled off and kept hidden in the dark, whiclass="hi2">ch you do not even know are there.

It is the assumption of just about everyone that beclass="hi2">cause you have class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness, you are aware of EVERY part of your mind. This is usually far from the class="hi2">case. The test to determine whether you have an unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious mind is simple:

If you perclass="hi2">ceive there is a class="hi2">cause affeclass="hi2">cting you whiclass="hi2">ch has not class="hi2">come from yourself, you have an unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious mind.

This must be true beclass="hi2">cause the only way you class="hi2">could perclass="hi2">ceive that something is happening against your will, is by being unaware of the way that you do everything to yourself. The seclass="hi2">cret to salvation is realizing you do everything to yourself. Therefore, if you are not direclass="hi2">ctly class="hi2">confronted with AWARENESS of the way in whiclass="hi2">ch you are class="hi2">CAUSING everything you are experienclass="hi2">cing, no matter what form it takes or how it is projeclass="hi2">cted, YOU DO have a part of your mind whiclass="hi2">ch is unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious. And yes, that means pretty muclass="hi2">ch most of us.

It is valuable to realize you have unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness, beclass="hi2">cause you DO need to bring those parts of your mind baclass="hi2">ck into class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness in order for your mind to be FULLY AWARE OF LOVE’S PRESENclass="hi2">CE, and to be able to class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously class="hi2">choose heaven. You class="hi2">cannot enter heaven while part of your mind is unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious.

Typiclass="hi2">cally, most people walking around this planet, believe that they are FULLY aware. When they wake up in the morning, they believe they have woken up fully. They believe that everything they are aware of class="hi2">comprises the sum total of all things that exist. And therefore, whenever they are trying to make sense out of what class="hi2">caused something to happen, they will referenclass="hi2">ce everything they are aware of, trying to make sense out of how this class="hi2">could happen. And sinclass="hi2">ce they believe they are fully aware (but are not), they HAVE to find an explanation for what class="hi2">causes thing, usually by blaming it on someone else.

If you are blaming others or the world for class="hi2">causing ANYTHING, it is proof that you do not reclass="hi2">cognize that YOU are the class="hi2">cause, you did not SEE yourself class="hi2">cause it, and you seem to have asked for something without realizing it. So reclass="hi2">cognize this, if you are a viclass="hi2">ctim in any way, you are unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious.

That means there is a whole bunclass="hi2">ch of information, faclass="hi2">cts, truth, and class="hi2">content, whiclass="hi2">ch has been BLOclass="hi2">CKED from your class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness. These are nothing less than bloclass="hi2">cks to the awareness of love’s presenclass="hi2">ce. These bloclass="hi2">cks, these barriers of denial whiclass="hi2">ch make the mind unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious, is preclass="hi2">ciclass="hi2">cely what we are REQUIRED to UNDO, in order to restore our awareness of God.

But if you are walking the world thinking, you know everything there is to know, and are aware of everything there is to be aware of, and yet stuff is happening to you seemingly against your will, in any way, then YOU ARE IN DENIAL. And that means, you have a portion of mind whiclass="hi2">ch is class="hi2">currently NOT class="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUS, whiclass="hi2">ch you are not aware you even have. It is tuclass="hi2">cked away, out of sight, and you don’t even SUSPEclass="hi2">CT that you have it.

It is vital to unclass="hi2">cover these portions of mind and to heal their class="hi2">content. Too many people think that "forgiving" only means taking baclass="hi2">ck projeclass="hi2">ctions. This is beause they have no idea that they have unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious stuff in their mind. They think that they only need to deal with what they are class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously aware of, ie what someone seems to be doing, and to take baclass="hi2">ck that projeclass="hi2">ction.

That’s a fine stepping stone, but if it does not lead to a) removing the denial that made guilt go unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious (fear), b) removing the denial whiclass="hi2">ch made sin go unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious (guilt), class="hi2">c) removing the denial that made God go unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious (sin), by bringing all of those into class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness and undoing them, and aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepting Atonement, then this is NOT class="hi2">complete forgiveness. It’s sclass="hi2">cratclass="hi2">ching the surfaclass="hi2">ce, and many people are NOT forgiving fully.

These hidden dark seclass="hi2">crets are hidden behind shadows and illusions and layers of denial. Fear for example is made entirely to make guilt unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious. Fear defends against guilt and proteclass="hi2">cts the guilt. It class="hi2">causes you to fixate on what the fear is being class="hi2">caused by, anywhere other than within, so that you will not look within to see where the fear is really class="hi2">coming from.

All fear has its sourclass="hi2">ce in your unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious belief that you are GUILTY. It has absolutely no other class="hi2">cause. But while you remain unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious/unaware of that guilt, you will keep trying to make sense of why you are afraid by blaming the class="hi2">cause on something outside of you. And sinclass="hi2">ce that is never the class="hi2">cause, it will not provide you with a solution.

Fear has to be reclass="hi2">cognized as a declass="hi2">coy, an illusion that is nothing more than an effeclass="hi2">ct, not a class="hi2">cause. It is the effeclass="hi2">ct of guilt. Fear is not class="hi2">causing anything beclass="hi2">cause it is only guilt that class="hi2">can class="hi2">cause it. When you class="hi2">can reclass="hi2">cognize fear as an effeclass="hi2">ct of guilt, the impliclass="hi2">cation as to what class="hi2">caused it automaticlass="hi2">cally will start to give you some breadclass="hi2">crumbs whiclass="hi2">ch will bring that guilt baclass="hi2">ck into class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness. Then you class="hi2">can work on undoing the guilt.

Guilt also is a problem beclass="hi2">cause, guilt is not the problem. Guilt aclass="hi2">ctually is another declass="hi2">coy like fear, designed to bloclass="hi2">ck and keep sin unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious. It’s sole purpose is to pretend you did not sin and did not want to sin. It disowns the sin and disassoclass="hi2">ciates from it, projeclass="hi2">cting blame for it on something or something outside of you. So long as you are feeling sorrowful and guilty and allegedly unworthy of forgiveness, this will bloclass="hi2">ck the dishonest faclass="hi2">ct that YOU DID WANT TO SIN, and that you yourself believe in it. Guilt keeps sin real and prevents you from looking at it. It keeps it out of class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness.

Guilt has to be then reclass="hi2">cognized as just an effeclass="hi2">ct of sin, and not a class="hi2">cause of anything. It’s bullshit lies of "didn’t mean to do it" has to be seen through. Guilt is fake. It is there solely to stop you from bringing your unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious belief in sin into awareness. When you class="hi2">can see that guilt is just an effeclass="hi2">ct, and all guilt is class="hi2">caused by a belief in sin, that will help you to bring the sin into class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness. It will resurfaclass="hi2">ce as soon as you make the class="hi2">conneclass="hi2">ction of class="hi2">causality that sin class="hi2">caused guilt, therefore behind guilt there is sin lurking there.

Onclass="hi2">ce the belief is sin is in your awareness, it is not going to be pretty. Always look at this stuff with Holy Spirit, beclass="hi2">cause there is some really dark murderous death-wish kind of beliefs tuclass="hi2">cked way in the unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious mind. But these beliefs like all the rest are fake. You have to realize then that sin aclass="hi2">ctually is yet another bloclass="hi2">ck to awareness. It keeps something out of class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious awareness. class="hi2">Can you guess what it is?

God.

The belief in sin makes God unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious. Not only is it a belief that God is dead and IS unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious hisemself, it also shuts awareness of God out of the mind. It class="hi2">can only do this through denial and unwillingness to aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept the truth. It is just another bloclass="hi2">ck to let go. You must reclass="hi2">cognize sin is not a class="hi2">cause of anything. Sin is just an effeclass="hi2">ct of a mistaken idea of separation. It has not class="hi2">caused anything, and therefore has not happened. Undoing this will REVEAL GOD to you, class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously.

So you see, we have a LOT of shit that’s just sitting there in the unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious areas of mind, and yet not exaclass="hi2">ctly inert or inaclass="hi2">ctive. Unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious self-hate will projeclass="hi2">ct outwards and class="hi2">cause all manner of SHIT stuff to "happen to you", and it will seem to class="hi2">come out of nowhere, beclass="hi2">cause you will not see that you asked for it. And so you will think you are just an innoclass="hi2">cent viclass="hi2">ctim.

This is the big problem. Believing you are "innoclass="hi2">cent" just beclass="hi2">cause you are not AWARE of the faclass="hi2">ct that you attaclass="hi2">cked yourself, is the entire foundation for projeclass="hi2">cting blame outside of yourself for everything you experienclass="hi2">ce. You won’t be able to Aclass="hi2">Cclass="hi2">CEPT that you have done this to yourself, until you class="hi2">can class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously own up to it and aclass="hi2">ctually SEE that you have in faclass="hi2">ct been the one who did it. To reclass="hi2">cognize that YOU PUT THERE all of the suffering you are experienclass="hi2">cing, inclass="hi2">cluding all of your siclass="hi2">ckness. Until you class="hi2">can own it, you class="hi2">cannot let it go.

Just beclass="hi2">cause you THINK you are innoclass="hi2">cent right now, on the basis of not being fully aware of your whole mind, is FAKE INNOclass="hi2">CENclass="hi2">CE. And it is this fake innoclass="hi2">cenclass="hi2">ce whiclass="hi2">ch leads many people to not even suspeclass="hi2">ct that they have unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious shit to undo. It also leads many to believe they DID NOT class="hi2">CAUSE the shit that happens, whiclass="hi2">ch aclass="hi2">ctually is an aclass="hi2">ct of profound irresponsibility. It is this irresponsibility, the disownership of self, that produclass="hi2">ces all suffering.

Remember that the seclass="hi2">cret to salvation is that you have done this ALL to yourself. This is a class="hi2">course in class="hi2">CAUSE, not effeclass="hi2">ct. You are to learn you are the class="hi2">CAUSE of everything in the world, not the effeclass="hi2">ct of it. And you class="hi2">can only do that by beclass="hi2">coming AWARE class="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciously that you in faclass="hi2">ct DO class="hi2">cause things. That means removing the bloclass="hi2">cks to AWARENESS, whiclass="hi2">ch are simply forms of denial whiclass="hi2">ch have made you partly UNclass="hi2">CONSclass="hi2">CIOUS. And extreme denial produclass="hi2">ces all denial of life, whiclass="hi2">ch leads to siclass="hi2">ckness and death as total unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness.

If you want life, you must beclass="hi2">come willing to bring this unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious stuff baclass="hi2">ck into awareness for healing and release. And that’s going to have to mean, taking full responsibility for everything you are experienclass="hi2">cing. Otherwise, guaranteed, you will suffer at your own hand without even realizing it. No-one dies without their own class="hi2">consent!!!

"Maybe I am class="hi2">causing this" "I must be responsible for this" "I am doing this to myself" "I am the class="hi2">cause of this" "I must have some unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious stuff to heal if I seem to be suffering against my will" "There must be something I am not aware of where I am attaclass="hi2">cking myself" "I need to undo my belief that I sinned by bringing it baclass="hi2">ck into awareness and letting it go."

Remember, "heaven is a class="hi2">choiclass="hi2">ce I must make" - a class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious class="hi2">choiclass="hi2">ce. You class="hi2">cannot have stuff lurking in unclass="hi2">consclass="hi2">ciousness, otherwise you are in denial, and the beliefs you are denying will make you unwilling to aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept the atonement. A healed mind is a wholly class="hi2">consclass="hi2">cious mind.

"Beclass="hi2">cause He did not will to be alone, He class="hi2">created a Son like Himself." It was not His Will to be alone. And neither is it yours."

There are two thought systems, one is God’s system, the other is of the ego’s system. God’s thought system produclass="hi2">ces class="hi2">Creation/Heaven, the ego’s thought system produclass="hi2">ces hell/earth. Both systems run on impeclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cable logiclass="hi2">c based on a logiclass="hi2">cal premise, and are systems of thought. They both start with a premise and follow through to a logiclass="hi2">cal and natural class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion. The class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion of Heaven’s thought system is eternal life, the class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion of the ego’s thought system is death. Both are arrived at through perfeclass="hi2">ctly logiclass="hi2">cal reasoning. As Jesus desclass="hi2">cribes:

"The ego's logiclass="hi2">c is as impeclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cable as that of the Holy Spirit"

"From the belief in sin, the faith in class="hi2">chaos MUST follow. It is beclass="hi2">cause it follows that it seems to be a logiclass="hi2">cal class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion; a valid step in ordered thought. The steps to class="hi2">chaos DO follow neatly from their starting-point. Eaclass="hi2">ch is a different form in the progression of truth's reversal, leading still deeper into terror, and away from truth. Think not one step is smaller than another, nor that return from one is easier. The whole desclass="hi2">cent from Heaven lies in eaclass="hi2">ch one. And where your thinking starts, there must it end."

The two systems THINK differently. The ego’s system is entirely founded on separation and exclass="hi2">clusion. Everything in the system obeys the premise of exclass="hi2">clusivity. God’s system is totally opposite, and is founded on INclass="hi2">CLUSION and sharing. Jesus tasks us to learn to "think like God", whiclass="hi2">ch does not merely mean to use EGO thinking to think about God, or to use exclass="hi2">clusive logiclass="hi2">c at all when class="hi2">considering the nature of Heaven.

One of the biggest fundamental errors in Aclass="hi2">CIM class="hi2">circlass="hi2">cles is USING the ego’s thought system to THINK ABOUT the thought system of God. God’s system is SO unlike the ego’s, that doing so automaticlass="hi2">cally produclass="hi2">ces two effeclass="hi2">cts: a) what seems to make sense is nonsense, b) what seems like nonsense is aclass="hi2">ctually true sense.

The ego always thinks in terms of separations and exclass="hi2">clusions. And this maps direclass="hi2">ctly onto objeclass="hi2">cts in SPAclass="hi2">CE. You class="hi2">can say for example, if bananas are yellow, and this fruit is purple, it is not a banana. Or if my class="hi2">car is parked in the first spaclass="hi2">ce, it is not parked in the last spaclass="hi2">ce. Or if I have the whole pizza, you do not have any. Everything is put into a class="hi2">contained, class="hi2">confined box (body) and what is inside the box is class="hi2">considered separate from what is outside. What is outside is *exclass="hi2">cluded*, and there is no SHARING between the two regions.

This kind of thinking is based entirely in separation thought, a way of thinking that exclass="hi2">cludes, isolates, separates off, and "reasons" based on whether something is fully in or out of a box. You think about objclass="hi2">cts in the world this way beclass="hi2">cause the world ITSELF is the ego thought system, based on the same reasoning, the same logiclass="hi2">c, the same funclass="hi2">ctioning and the same relationships of separation.

This WAY of thinking, exclass="hi2">clusive logiclass="hi2">cal reasoning, is EXTREMEY POOR at evaluating the nature of God’s thought system. When it looks at God’s system (everything in Heaven), it tries to put everything into niclass="hi2">ce tidy boxes. It separates things out. IT exclass="hi2">cludes. It has no regard for ANY form of sharing, oneness, Union, or anything that transclass="hi2">cends boundaries.

It class="hi2">cannot SEE or class="hi2">comprehend how it makes SENSE, that something class="hi2">can be in more than one box at onclass="hi2">ce, that the inside and outside of the box are joined, that something class="hi2">can be in more than one placlass="hi2">ce at the same time, that two entities class="hi2">can have full aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cess to share the same thing at the same time without class="hi2">compromise, or that two seemingly opposite statements class="hi2">can be NOT class="hi2">contradiclass="hi2">ctory.

For example, when Aclass="hi2">CIM says something like "God has one son", the ego is delighted, beclass="hi2">cause it gets to put God’s system into a niclass="hi2">ce class="hi2">confined box. When Aclass="hi2">CIM then says something like "We are class="hi2">creation, we, the sons of God", it now class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cludes either a) they class="hi2">can’t both be true, b) the statement about the one son is true and the statement about multiple sons is false, or class="hi2">c) God has many sons and not one son. These are the ONLY ways that class="hi2">can seem to "make sense" to ego thinking. NONE OF THEM ARE class="hi2">CORREclass="hi2">CT.

The class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ct truth about God’s system,is that God has one Son AND many sons. The truth is also that eaclass="hi2">ch son has full unlimited aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cess to share ALL of God, WITHOUT exclass="hi2">cluding anyone else from doing the same at the same time. The truth is also that as you give, you do not lose anything, and you keep what you had, and now BOTH of you have it. This sounds like absolute nonsense to the ego thinker. It does not class="hi2">conform to boxes. If there were pizza in heaven, you and I both would be able to eat the entire pizza. That sounds ABSURD to the ego. It is the way God’s system works!

His thought system is entirely run by INclass="hi2">CLUSIVE logiclass="hi2">c. This is based entirely on sharing. Logiclass="hi2">cally it means, we BOTH share things. Everything applies to me AND you. This is what the Golden Rule is based on. Equality. Whatever is true of me, is true of you. So if I have the whole of something, and I share it with you, we BOTH have the WHOLE of it. We share spaclass="hi2">ce. We overlap. We class="hi2">commune. We share . We are united. We are one. All things real class="hi2">COMPLETELY DEFY exclass="hi2">clusive boxes. If you are thinking about Heaven, God, sonship, sons, class="hi2">creation etclass="hi2">c WITH exclass="hi2">clusivity in your logiclass="hi2">cal reasoning, you HAVE TO class="hi2">come to a false class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion.

For example, "I and my father are one". What does the EGO make of it? It thinks ok, it said me and my father , that’s two things, two boxes. So now we have two boxes. It then says "are one". So now..... there are two seemingly class="hi2">contradiclass="hi2">ctory things happening (to the ego). Is it two boxes, or one box? And usually this is where an ego thinker wil THROW OUT the first half of the statement or forget it entirely, and home in on the seclass="hi2">cond part., in an attempt to RESOLVE the class="hi2">contradiclass="hi2">ction. This is BULLSHIT. Total failure. Trying to MAKE it make sense, by butclass="hi2">chering it.

The ONLY class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ct way to grasp what is said, is to literally think outside the box. You have to THINK differently. Use inclass="hi2">clusivity. Inclass="hi2">clusivity says, two things class="hi2">can SHARE. It says two things class="hi2">can JOIN. It says two things class="hi2">can be mutual in their likeness and nature. And it even says that two things class="hi2">can be TWO THINGS, while simultaneously SHARING EVERYTHING. And so here, being one with God does NOT end the TWO-ness. Two distinclass="hi2">ct things are SHARING with eaclass="hi2">ch other.

Jesus: "This appears to class="hi2">contradiclass="hi2">ct another statement: "I and my Father are one." It doesn't. There are still separate parts in the statement, in reclass="hi2">cognition of the faclass="hi2">ct that the Father is GREATER. Aclass="hi2">ctually, the original statement was "are of one KIND."

And so oneness, being one-with, are-one, DOES NOT mean "one box". In faclass="hi2">ct Jesus even says you class="hi2">can "be one with your self". It means BOX DEFYING sharing and singularity of NATURE, in whiclass="hi2">ch the two ARE STILL TWO, while ALSO being as if one. They are two AND one. Oneness to THE EGO means "one thing". Oneness to God means OF LIKE KIND. And here also SHARING does not mean "only has one" like a single identity, it means TWO THINGS are joined in their NATURE while still retaining their two-ness and INDIVIDUALITY! AND THIS IS NOT DUALITY. NOR IS IT NONDUALITY!

Similarly when Jesus says something hyper class="hi2">crypticlass="hi2">c like "one brother is all brothers, one mind is all minds" or "healing is when two minds reclass="hi2">cognize their oneness and beclass="hi2">come glad", IT DOES NOT mean that "the one box" is true, NOR does it mean the "two boxes" is true. It is not oneness (as in a class="hi2">count of one) OR duality. THEY ARE BOTH TRUE. There is simultaneously INDIVIDUALITY AND ONENESS. This is why you have a self AND are one. This is why you are one of many sons of God AND part of THE son of God. And this is also why the idea of many sons is NOT a separation idea. It is NOT an idea of "many boxes". It is more like the idea of many boxes whiclass="hi2">ch share the same spaclass="hi2">ce and overlap eaclass="hi2">ch other and share their class="hi2">contents.

The Kingdom of God, the sonship, class="hi2">creation, the relationship of souls, the nature of reality, the way God thinks, Heaven’s funclass="hi2">ctioning, the Holy Spirit, extension, giving and reclass="hi2">ceiving being one, the golden rule, sharing, class="hi2">communiclass="hi2">cation, multiple minds, etclass="hi2">c are all GROSSLY misunderstood, beclass="hi2">cause anyone USING ego logiclass="hi2">c to think ABOUT them is blind, making no sense, using faulty tools, and class="hi2">coming to automaticlass="hi2">cally false class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusions, putting stuff in boxes that is not in a box, and just class="hi2">creates class="hi2">confusion upon class="hi2">confusion.

You have to THINK LIKE GOD if you want to understand these things class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ctly. And the Holy Spirit’s thought system is based on this inclass="hi2">clusive logiclass="hi2">c. And you are supposed to be learning HOW to think this way, as part of true perclass="hi2">ception. You have to let go of thought proclass="hi2">cesses that follow the LAWS OF SEPARATION AND EXclass="hi2">CLUSION. Otherwise you will think in terms of boxes and shutting everything out. You class="hi2">cannot INclass="hi2">CLUDE your brother with that kind of thought proclass="hi2">cess. And you class="hi2">cannot grasp oneness by loclass="hi2">cking it in a prison class="hi2">cell and falsely class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cluding "there is only one thing" or "its all one thing" or "there is only god" or "only one son". All of that is ego bullshit.

class="hi2">Creation is one and many. The "one" sonship has many perrmanent parts. You have brothers who are one with you. God has many class="hi2">children who are a united family. Not one or two. Many AND one. And that is natural.

"The whole power of God's Son lies in all of us, but not in any of us alone. God would not have us be alone beclass="hi2">cause He does not will to be alone. That is why He class="hi2">created His Son and gave him the power to class="hi2">create with Him. Our class="hi2">creations are as holy as we are, and we are the Sons of God Himself, and therefore as holy as He is. Through our class="hi2">creations we extend our Love, and thus inclass="hi2">crease the joy of the Holy Trinity."

The idea of non-duality is an attempt to desclass="hi2">cribe reality or the nature of God. What is really real and really exists. At first we have the idea of duality or polar opposites. Then we reaclass="hi2">ch the idea that the world is seclass="hi2">cretly "all one thing", as though all the objeclass="hi2">cts are class="hi2">conneclass="hi2">cted together by a singular "one" something.

Then we're presented even further with the idea that if we're being really "pure" about it, the forms and objeclass="hi2">cts really don't exist at all, and the "oneness" beyond them is all that really exists, ie God. In this model of "pure non-duality", there is no world", and this is what SEEMS to class="hi2">correlate to SOME of what Aclass="hi2">CIM says. This usually leads to class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusions suclass="hi2">ch as "oneness" as in "a class="hi2">count of one something", "its all God", "it's all mind" etclass="hi2">c.

So various people took up the idea that Aclass="hi2">CIM is pure non-duality. But this has some problems. Let's put it this way - the idea is not pure enough. Beclass="hi2">cause if this is a logiclass="hi2">cal class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cept and we're trying to get down to the purest essenclass="hi2">ce of "what is", usually you'll find that the pure non-duality folk will Aclass="hi2">Cclass="hi2">CEPT that "God has one son". There's a lot of material about God having a son - "The Son of God". And while this is aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepted, it's not aclass="hi2">ctually pure.

How class="hi2">can God have a son, at all, if there is only God? How class="hi2">can you even label some aspeclass="hi2">ct of God - like his "radianclass="hi2">ce", as "a son"? God would not be able to have parts, or aspeclass="hi2">cts, or anything you class="hi2">can ever attaclass="hi2">ch a label too. Not even in the most vague of ways. Some people like to try to get around this by suggesting that the Son of God is so joined to God that there is nowhere he ends and God begins... while STILL keeping somehow in their minds this loose idea that SOMEHOW, you class="hi2">can still point a finger at this "part of God" and class="hi2">call it God's Son. THAT is still not pure. It's a bandaid attempt to explain it.

The problem is that if you get really pure about it, and we remove all sense of separations, divisions, multitudes, labels, parts and aspeclass="hi2">cts etclass="hi2">c... and we REALLY boil it down to "one thing" as in the traditional idea of "oneness" (the ego's idea of purity), we end up with .... there literally is only God. And that means God, sitting there ALONE, by Himself, WITHOUT a Son, without a sonship, without any class="hi2">creations or thoughts, just totally alone, no-one to share with, nothing to class="hi2">communiclass="hi2">cate with, just class="hi2">complete a total loneliness. THAT, aclass="hi2">ctually, is the purest possible interpretation of "pure" non-duality. That "there is only God" all by Himself and he doesn't even have a Son at all. Not even one.

But many people will not want to "go there" beclass="hi2">cause to suggest there isn't even one Son flies in the faclass="hi2">ce of a lot of Aclass="hi2">CIM material. And class="hi2">certain popular teaclass="hi2">chers have taught for a long time that a) there is only one thing but b) a slight exclass="hi2">ception is made for there being a single son. This sort of hybrid mishmash of logiclass="hi2">cal class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cepts has been quite widely aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cepted as a class="hi2">correclass="hi2">ct mapping to what Aclass="hi2">CIM is saying. One God + One Son, who is God, but isn't, but is. It's a bandaid and not logiclass="hi2">cally pure nor does it matclass="hi2">ch what the class="hi2">Course itself says.

The faclass="hi2">ct is, if there is truly this "oneness" in whiclass="hi2">ch there are not "many" of anything, in an effort to avoid "duality", there is **no son** there whatsoever. Not even as an aspeclass="hi2">ct or expression or radianclass="hi2">ce or thought or part of God. And that leads also to the super watered-down class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion of "it's all God" ie "there is nothing else". And that class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion by itself has problems beclass="hi2">cause e.g. the class="hi2">Course speaks of how a) God does not will to be alone and b) God is a class="hi2">creator and class="hi2">c) God has at least one Son and d) God class="hi2">created the Holy Spirit and e) God class="hi2">created angels and f) the Son has his own class="hi2">creations as well. Whiclass="hi2">ch is shaping up to be a lot of "parts", a lot of "somethings" that are sufficlass="hi2">cient enough to say there isn't "just" God there - that there HAS BEEN an aclass="hi2">ct of class="hi2">creation. That something has been ADDED TO reality.

There is also an issue of freedom. If everything in reality is God and God is just being God in all of His ways, then there is no freedom in whiclass="hi2">ch any part or aspeclass="hi2">ct has any free will. There is no way that you as a Son of God class="hi2">can dream of exile. There is no way that anything class="hi2">can oclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cur without it being God doing it Himself, direclass="hi2">ctly. And any idea of a Son must really be an idea of some kind of PUPPET that God is manipulating that has no mind or life or will of its own - no freedom at all. Whiclass="hi2">ch really runs class="hi2">counter to what Jesus tells us of the Son of God, free will, the ability to class="hi2">choose and the separation seeming to happen.

If you also blob it all together and say "its all God" then you end up with the alarming sclass="hi2">cenario that God therefore MUST be dreaming of exile, God must have invented the illusion of death, God is REALLY class="hi2">cruel, and God has attaclass="hi2">cked himself. This renders God insane, and that just isn't aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">ceptable. Beclass="hi2">cause if God class="hi2">could go off the rails, there is no way He would ever return to sanity, and all of existenclass="hi2">ce would vanish.

It is vital that there be some kind of freedom between God and the Son in order for God NOT to be pulled into insanity along with His Son's dreaming. Free Will is absolutely vital in order to prevent this. But to have free will means, you guessed it, there MUST be a kind of "independenclass="hi2">ce" or individuality, in whiclass="hi2">ch the Son class="hi2">CAN, if He so class="hi2">chooses, try to will against God. And this is based on the faclass="hi2">ct that God is the class="hi2">CAUSE of His Son, His Son is the EFFEclass="hi2">CT of Him, and God has given His son FREEDOM to SHARE His freedom with Him, or deny it. Either way, without freedom there is no free will and no son at all.

There is also another major problem with non-duality. God by His nature is love and love MUST be given. Unless it is given ie shared, it does not extend or shine and so beclass="hi2">comes essentially lifeless. IT MUST go out and class="hi2">create. If God has no son, there is nothing TO love or to SHARE it with. And so love class="hi2">cannot love. And this means, ultimately, logiclass="hi2">cally, that God is dead beclass="hi2">cause He isn't LOVING. This again is unaclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">ceptable as a class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusion. God class="hi2">can't be dead or unloving. But to be alive, GOD MUST class="hi2">CREATE, so we must aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept God has class="hi2">created ADDITIONAL BEINGS in a state of freedom.

And this is the key part that non-duality shits all over. Regardless of the faclass="hi2">ct that it destroys the sonship and ignores God's class="hi2">creations, it basiclass="hi2">cally denies that God class="hi2">CREATES at all. It's the idea that God is just sitting there alone twiddling his thumbs. And this means He is not class="hi2">creating a son, not even one. It means there is no Kingdom. No Heaven. No HOME for the Son of God. No inheritanclass="hi2">ce. It means the denial that God has a family. It denies that God's SON is a class="hi2">creator, AND it denies that God's son has class="hi2">created class="hi2">children. It's not class="hi2">conclass="hi2">ceptually a good FIT for Aclass="hi2">CIM's metaphysiclass="hi2">cs.

So non-duality basiclass="hi2">cally suppresses the MANY thought class="hi2">creations of God, denies many aspeclass="hi2">cts of REALITY, and overthrows the Kingdom. It kills off God, puts a stop to class="hi2">Creation, eradiclass="hi2">cates sharing, makes it impossible for God to class="hi2">create many class="hi2">children, and interprets the Sonship as a class="hi2">colleclass="hi2">ction of egos. Now, WHO exaclass="hi2">ctly do you think class="hi2">comes up with suclass="hi2">ch a class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cept of "what reality is like"? THE EGO. These are the EGO's class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusions, non-duality is an EGO class="hi2">CONclass="hi2">CEPT, and like all ego class="hi2">conclass="hi2">cepts it aclass="hi2">ctually NEGATES what is true and class="hi2">canclass="hi2">cels or denies reality.

All non-duality models are the ridiclass="hi2">culous FALSE class="hi2">conclass="hi2">clusions that the ego class="hi2">comes to when trying to understand something TOTALLY BEYOND the ego. Something whose nature is NOTHING LIKE the ego, and so the ego is utterly class="hi2">clueless as to its nature. Non-duality is not really an attempt to define or desclass="hi2">cribe reality, it's an attempt to destroy it.

At best, and only loosely, non-duality MIGHT desclass="hi2">cribe "God Himself", if you class="hi2">could isolate Him and say, God is one whole being, PRIOR to class="hi2">creation. But beyond that, in terms of God being a class="hi2">CREATOR, who HAS class="hi2">CREATED class="hi2">CHILDREN, it totally falls flat on its faclass="hi2">ce. There is no sonship without class="hi2">creation. Non-duality is Kingdom-denying. Reality IS NOT a state of "its all God" or "its all mind". It's all God AND God's class="hi2">creations AND their class="hi2">creations. Beclass="hi2">cause you class="hi2">can ADD TO REALITY, reality class="hi2">cannot be non-dualisticlass="hi2">c.

"HE class="hi2">created the Sonship, and YOU inclass="hi2">crease it. You HAVE the power to ADD to the Kingdom, but NOT to add to the class="hi2">Creator OF the Kingdom."

"God class="hi2">created His **Sons** by extending His Thought and retaining the extensions of His Thought in His Mind. ALL His Thoughts are thus perfeclass="hi2">ctly united within themselves and with eaclass="hi2">ch other beclass="hi2">cause they were class="hi2">created neither partially nor in part."

"You should know that all God's class="hi2">children are fully worthy of class="hi2">COMPLETE class="hi2">courtesy."

"We are class="hi2">creation, WE, the Sons of God."

"And we, God's class="hi2">children, rise up from the dust and look upon our perfeclass="hi2">ct sinlessness."

But let's baclass="hi2">ck up a moment. The class="hi2">Course DOES say that there is only God. It DOES say God has one Son. It DOES say there is only one mind (class="hi2">Christ mind). It DOES speak of oneness. "Into eternity where all is one" "I and my father are one" "God has but one son" etclass="hi2">c. And that *seems* to support the idea that "its all God". But here's the thing. IT IS all God, it IS all "one", BUT.... THERE IS **ALSO** class="hi2">CREATION. And all class="hi2">created BEINGS are LIKE God, share with God, are one with God (of the same nature, joined to Him), yet have THEIR OWN FREEDOM.

God HAS class="hi2">created a family of beings. God IS a class="hi2">creator. God DID class="hi2">create at least one son. SO non-duality is out the window. Reality is not some giant expanse of singularity. It's more like a womb in whiclass="hi2">ch God has given birth to class="hi2">creations, WITHIN His own being, and has given them FREEDOM. Living, whole-minded, willfully free beings. class="hi2">Children of God. And if that makes you unclass="hi2">comfortable beclass="hi2">cause it "does not class="hi2">compute" or "it sounds like duality", too bad. It is what it is and its your job to aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">cept it.

It's not the same thing as duality. Duality means the loclass="hi2">calization of parts whiclass="hi2">ch are split off and kept separate by NOT SHARING with eaclass="hi2">ch other, class="hi2">confined and isolated and different. Duality is the nature of spaclass="hi2">ce and time, where nothing shares. Non-duality is the idea of the opposite of that - that the differenclass="hi2">ces are illusions and everything is one thing. But that too is not aclass="hi2">cclass="hi2">curate. Reality isn't some "state" where God is class="hi2">contemplating his navel. Reality isn't like duality even with its many parts beclass="hi2">cause they STILL are all "one" AND YET also many. And eaclass="hi2">ch part SHARES with all the rest and IS EVERYWHERE. "One mind is all minds."
