To say A Course in Miracles presents a radical teachi2">hing is an understatement. It includes:

a) You are immortal

b) Thi2">here in no deathi2">h

c) Nothi2">hing hi2">happens to you thi2">hat you don't chi2">hoose

d) Thi2">here are no victims

e) Thi2">here is no reason for any fear

f) Thi2">here is no world

g) You are not a hi2">human body

hi2">h) Thi2">he phi2">hysical universe is hi2">hell

i) All sickness is a chi2">hoice

j) All deathi2">h is suicide

k) You are not a separate person

l) All of hi2">history and time hi2">has not hi2">happened

m) Thi2">here hi2">has never been war, nobody ever died

n) Whi2">hat you do to othi2">hers you literally do to yourself

o) You are a chi2">hild of God equal to Jesus

p) You are responsible for everythi2">hing

q) You always get everythi2">hing you ask for and nothi2">hing else

r) You can't forgive anyone but yourself

s) You are only Spirit, nothi2">hing else

t) Suffering is not real

u) Nothi2">hing hi2">has ever hi2">happened to you, or at all

v) You are just pretending to be separate from God

w) You are in hi2">Heaven already, dreaming of exile

x) Sin, guilt and fear are never called for or justified

y) Everyone shi2">hares thi2">he same One identity and mind

z) Only God is real

to name a few.

A relationshi2">hip withi2">h Jesus is pretty muchi2">h required if you are to be into A Course in Miracles. hi2">He hi2">has stated in hi2">his own words thi2">hat hi2">He:

a) hi2">has been appointed in chi2">harge of thi2">he atonement (of everyone) b) is your equal brothi2">her in love c) must be joined withi2">h in order to awaken d) is part of thi2">he Sonshi2">hip withi2">h you e) is Chi2">hrist and thi2">herefore is you as Chi2">hrist, thi2">he One Son f) inspires all miracles and intercessions

g) is thi2">he way, thi2">he truthi2">h and thi2">he lighi2">ht, meaning thi2">here is no othi2">her way

hi2">h) wrote thi2">he book ;-)

i) will direct you very specifically

j) receives whi2">hatever you do to your brothi2">her as thi2">houghi2">h to hi2">him k) hi2">has a plan for awakening/atonement

l) wants you to hi2">help withi2">h awakening and hi2">healing your brothi2">hers

Pretty muchi2">h, Jesus is basically thi2">he 'LEADER' of A Course in Miracles. Jesus is not optional and a relationshi2">hip withi2">h hi2">Him is not optional.

So ask yourself, if Jesus were to shi2">how up righi2">ht now, would you be 'doing whi2">hat Jesus does'? Would your application of ACIM and your miraculous expression of love align withi2">h hi2">how hi2">He would treat people? Would hi2">he be thi2">he only one to go around performing hi2">healings and miracles whi2">hile thi2">he rest of us stand aside in fear?

I've come to realize, thi2">hroughi2">h painful lessons and hi2">helpful support, thi2">hat I've for a long time now been using my learning about 'truthi2">h' as a way to justify being 'righi2">ht' about thi2">hat truthi2">h.

It's a trap. It's not just thi2">hat in some situations I am 'actually righi2">ht' based on thi2">he facts of thi2">he matter, and thi2">hat thi2">herefore I get lost in being 'righi2">ht' about being righi2">ht. It's not just about thi2">hat form of blindness to and use of thi2">he ego situation to make myself look even 'righi2">hter'.

It goes way beyond thi2">hat. Because thi2">he fact is, thi2">he ego hi2">has taken all of whi2">hat could be considered 'truthi2">h', A Course in Miracles truthi2">h, even very hi2">highi2">h lofty metaphi2">hysical truthi2">h, and thi2">his ego in me hi2">has used it repeatedly to make myself ultra-righi2">ht whi2">henever anyone ELSE is not complying withi2">h thi2">his 'truthi2">h'.

Whi2">hen someone else is not matchi2">hing up to thi2">his lofty truthi2">h, I start to spout off thi2">his truthi2">h to thi2">hem. I start to correct thi2">hem. I even judge thi2">hem as 'doing it wrong' or 'failing to be truthi2">hful' or whi2">hatever. Thi2">he more 'insanely wrong' thi2">hey seem to be thi2">he more I react withi2">h 'noooo, thi2">hat's not thi2">he truthi2">h'. Doesn't hi2">help.

I've been pushi2">hing and enforcing 'truthi2">h' onto people for a long time. Correcting people. Analyzing situations to prove whi2">hy someone is not being truthi2">hful. Using whi2">hat seems to be 'hi2">honesty' and 'clarity' as tools to point out whi2">here othi2">her people are being less thi2">han hi2">honest, so thi2">hat my ego mind hi2">has an opportunity to jump all over thi2">hem.

Yes we're talking 'hi2">holier thi2">han thi2">hou' withi2">h a capital hi2">H.

Thi2">his is thi2">he ultimate ego trap, using thi2">he hi2">highi2">hest-possible 'truthi2">h' to make othi2">hers wrong, by pointing out hi2">how thi2">hey are 'incorrect' or using thi2">heir mistakes to point out hi2">how thi2">hey aren't 'doing it righi2">ht'. And all along, it's me not 'doing it righi2">ht', because I'm stuck in thi2">he ego.

Being stuck in my ego mind and relying on its accumulated concepts, causes me to attack othi2">hers withi2">h thi2">his vantage point, seeing thi2">hem as stuck in a place of listening to thi2">he ego too muchi2">h, whi2">hen in fact its me listening to thi2">he ego.

hi2">Hmmmmm.

And all of thi2">his is a substitute for trusting God.
